Newer User but Seems Great So Far
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of options and ways to market. We're relatively new to the platform but our outsourced marketing team is teaching us the process and we think it will add great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that we "dislike" about the product thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HEAVILY increased out marketing efforts. We're now able to market to 30,000+ potential investors for syndicating equity which is awesome.
Excellent Tracking for a small team!
What do you like best about the product?
From tracking leads through finalizing a contract, Hubspot is a wonderful one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve of HubSpot takes a little getting used to, but once you got it, it's a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my team updated on business leads as well as where clients are in a contracting process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Having a team lunch and learn to get everyone on the same page helps with kickoff and rollout!

What do you like best about the product?
Data reporting abilities and the the capability to have various dashboard, making it much simpler to review all the teams work on one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection with Gsuite is sometimes tough, causing a delay and not syncing correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring the processes are simpler, more efficient, and have the opportunity to see on a high level and deep diving.

It’s a great product, smooth with tons of options that enables each user to hand craft their experience based on their needs
Great CRM for mid-size companies
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot is a great tool overall for managing your inbound an outbound sales communications. You can pick up on information for a client right away and leave notes as soon as you finish talking to them. It's basically a glorified contact book.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't just set it up specifically for sales CRM, you have all the options for Marketing and Customer support in the CRM which makes it really confusing for new salesmen to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, we are using the CRM to make our Sales Process more organized as we are able to leave behind notes on a prospect and pick up as soon as we start talking to them. We have found this more useful as we can remember when we last had contact, emails, and previous notes without having to dig through our computer
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a nice scalable crm, I would highly recommend using Hubspot CRM. It's fast and easy to get use to and it's extremely user friendly when it comes to getting your sales team organized

The easy interface that it offers to users that also are no technical users. You can find any information and learn to use it very fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that is not possible to implement Imap/Smtp except their in home solution.
Also on Hubspot there is not a possibility to Backup Conversation , this is the only missing feature on the Backup of Hubspot.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It does a great job organizing/filtering all contacts so you can quickly view anyone in a specific area or state or even by a technology. Allows you to mange deals and every steps of each potential deal.

I appreciate how you can log and track all interactions with customers, as well as see what they have interacted with on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the system feels a bit "clunky" and I wish there were more tutorials on how to best utilize the website.

We are try to keep better track of our recruitment and enrollment processes. We are much cleaner and strategic with our communication.
Easy with some hard spots
What do you like best about the product?
I found it very easy to use, but I have worked with other sales management software before.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard for a few of our members to figure out and had a different experience across platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No PayPal fees! That one is a big one for us, as a small nonprofit, the fees PayPal and other services charge are a bit steep. With this we have everything in one spot.
Great to have sales and marketing aligned
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use and the keep track of sales activities

SOme of the reporting around call activities could have been better - although they have made reporting better recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to make calls with clients, quickly and efficiently as well as segment users into leads, prospects, existing clients etc.

An easy to use but powerful tool, packed with features every sales team will need.
