Simply powerful. Can't work without Hubspot Sales Hub!

What do you like best about the product?
It's everything I need, all in one place.

- Tracking & Visibility: notes and task tracking, all deals and details are visible across the organization
- Connected communication and powerful integrations: Integrating tools like Fireflies.ai and Gmail to Hubspot automatically syncs all call transcripts and e-mails sent
- Automation and Customizable tools and dashboards: e-mail sequences and templates help me save so much time without losing my sales leads
- Access to customer insights: super helpful to look for prospects and also reach out to leads that ghosted us in the past!
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting email notifications for Meetings Booked but not having the option to add Date & Time of the Meeting Booked is not intuitive at all. These emails are spam to me. Would be good if we can personalize the details of Meetings Booked into these emails so we don't have to search for it manually, even after receiving an email notification.

Another thing I dislike is that some of the integrations are quite wonky. Like for example, with Fireflies.ai some calls don't get ported over into Hubspot and we need to log these transcripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot heavily on my day-to-day. It helps streamline my entire work routine and makes me a lot more efficient. With Hubspot, I can have more time to work on more critical tasks and leave the mundane tasks like email follow-ups to automation. Great thing about this is that you won't have to worry about losing deals just because your team doesn't have enough bandwidth, especially with manual processes.

Besides that, Hubspot also provides visibility and tracking on all tasks, which is really helpful in a team-setting, especially when a lot of us are working remotely during COVID.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It'll save you and your team a ton of time, reduce manual work and the use of Google Sheets! That being said, your team will have more capacity to work on generating new leads and closing deals. You won't have to worry about losing leads!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple HubSpot Sales Hub makes my lead generation. I use the email marketing tool to provide value to my potential clients. The tracking is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have had an issue with is trying to set up the scheduling feature. I have my calendar linked, but for some reason, it doesn't consider my other scheduled appointments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been much easier to track my lead generation by using HubSpot Sales Hub. By creating a dashboard, it has made it easy to report my numbers for our weekly sales meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data avaible to understand each contact, lead or business context.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, with a high volume of new leads entering the system, the task seems disorganized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate all data from the contacts in one place/platform. The benefits are numerous, since the better quality of approach in each business till how easily it is to search for historical data.

What do you like best about the product?
Putting my available schedule on there allows the clinicians to book an interview at the best time for them and me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about HubSpot. I love it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to walk the clinician through the times I am available, and they are. I also love how I can use the sequence email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to refer to HubSpot when I need to access the activity for my clients. I speak to so many people each day and couldn't possibly remember where I left off with each of my clients without HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things on the mobile version that I can't access until I can get to my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the emails between my clients and I are crucial to my business. Also, when I've had a colleague leave the company, I can refer to Hubspot and pick up where they left off. It's truly an invaluable tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables us to manage our contacts with ease, set tasks and follow up on sales with a focus on organization. We can create sequences and easily follow the clients through the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few technical glitches recently with tasks not falling into the correct category, but the customer service and tech team has been quick to respond to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contacts and making sure we don't miss call backs. I can keep my days organized by enabling the talks function and set reminders for specific tasks that need to be set for a specific time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it! It is easy to use and very functional. Integrates well with other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the Sales and Marketing Tools. The Dashboards are easy to create and share with all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of dashboards in the platform.

We've been able to report on many different sales metrics. We've also kep track of how often a lead is contacted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have implemented Hubspot with two organizations and have worked with a number of different CRM's. Hubspot is by far the easiest to use for our size of business.
