Process where there was none
What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Hub allows our team to work together even when we are out of the office. We can see each other quotes and emails with customers and prospects. We routinely will help each others deals close. The quote tool has allowed us to show management what we are selling and where we are struggling. The process that Sales Hub allowed us to build has alleviated many stress points and allow us to focus on revenue. Only 1 team uses HubSpot Sales Hub right now and we are the only one that is profitable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app has been disappointing for us, but not something that is a major cocern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem this solved was forcing us to focus on a process. The meeting scheduler has allowed us to have a more organized and focused day.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub helped us transform our business from fairly basic capturing of deals towards a robust engine for renewal management, new business acquisition, enabling to capture data for inbound business without additional manual input and helping to get smarter around our data. We’re currently exploring and utilizing more features across the software, especially Marketing Hub to capture the totality of customer journey throughout the funnel (forms, sequences, workflows).
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be curious to see more customization around financial reporting - especially around ARR Growth compared to last year - beyond the absolute numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Renewal management, new business acquisition, knowledge on existing and aspiring customers, in-person event management, inbound leads.

That you cannot search on address property without using advanced filter

It can be painful to get others to buy in to it.

I appreciate its all-in-one capabilities, combining marketing, sales, service, and content management in an intuitive interface.

I don’t feel that there is anything I dislike so far. I am a relatively new user. It’s just a learning process.

Trying to manage sales teams and account teams over 12 locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows sales team members to efficiently create, quote and monitor deals. Where many platforms make quoting complex, HubSpot makes it easy with a straight forward process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is always evolving. This make it hard to consistently train teams on best practices, and current use of the system.

Hubspot provides a single place to monitor sales and sales people's progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for small teams. Flexible and customizable for large. Sales teams never miss a lead, can prioritize outreach and can close deals faster.

You will need marketing hub if you want to use the firms without HubSpot branding.
