Nothing - it’s easy to use and the user interface is great

Sales Hub makes Deal Management Easy.

What do you like best about the product?
We use lead scoring, forecasting, and sales analytics every day to monitor and nurture the accounts and deals we're working. HubSpot makes it easy to see where to deploy our efforts. It was easy to get started, and easy to navigate.

We especially love one of the most basic features - being able to see each other's communications with clients lets us deliver a consistent message.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd really like a card view that shows multiple pipelines!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients used to be very siloed with sales reps. Now, business development, AMs, and PMs can work together across our clients' customer journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from exclusively using Salesforce I really like the user interface with hubspot and find it’s easier to navigate. The reports are easy to filter and create

I don’t think there’s anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m big on task creation and completion to keep myself organized. Sequence building is easy and the integrations with our prospecting tools definitely cut down on the manual input I have to do.

What do you like best about the product?
HUBSPOT Sales Hub makes supporting my sales team super easy. It has all of the tools that we need and all the features to help us be successful in the future. I highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now they're having been many downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping an aging sales team take advantage of new capabilities with AI and other features. It's a game changer for us.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub has completely streamlined our sales process.
