Hubspot as CRM experience

What do you like best about the product?
User can easily navigate through the functions and features of this CRM

The main dashboard allows us to visualise our ticket pipelines, thus, making it easy for us to manage our day and prioritise tasks.

It makes for us easy to manage customer and their queries as we can do sort of things on just one page.

Email feature is great as it can be linked into our personal emails (gmail). Whenever our customer replied to our email, we will be notified via our personal mailbox.

I like the fact that that the CRM is web based so we don't have to download extra stuff on our PC. We can easily access it by clicking on the website or by bookmarking the site so it's always available in our tool bar
What do you dislike about the product?
The app tends to double the 'Action' on slow data. Sometimes with slow internet connection, features are not responding and when it does it usually duplicates our actions.

It would be best if the CRM will have a feature where it will notify you if someone is viewing the ticket. This way, no more than 2 people are working on the same ticket at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working on the customer service side of the business so CRM makes our job easy by helping us managing contact, accounts and customer easily.

It records all type of interaction we have for our customer from pre-sales ( quoting stage) up to post sales enquiry .

A lot of features can be found on one ticket, such as email, resolution, tasks, activities which means we don't have to go top another page while managing a customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very simple web based CRM. I would recommend this for company who just needs the basic feature like contact and ticket managing, emailing and lead management

What do you like best about the product?
Automating the sales into the CRM helps us track the journey of each lead and analyse its progress for the purposes of optimisation for further success. Prior, when everything was analogue, that wasn't possible and affected the integration of the sales team into a more cohesive relationship with marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't customize processes and objects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we use HubSpot for both a marketing and sales CRM, we get both detailed lead intelligence for sales reps, and full-funnel revenue reporting on our contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's helpful, in the sense of merging both the marketing and sales team together and on the same platform. This will assist in there being a better understanding between the two teams and a better flow of information from one team to another. The biggest downside it just not being able to to customise the processes; nonetheless, all else is useful and helpful.

Good Sales Tools

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, can customize to your needs. Can be integrated with several dialing services. Reps like it because the tasks are easy to use and they can breeze through their queue without having to open hundreds of tabs for records. Connecting to email is huge help and the templates and the sequences are a huge time saver since you dont have to type out the same email over and over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of cache that piles up daily, it slows down the system a lot, having to clear cache 2-3 times a day. That takes away progress on queues, must start over and slows down reps since they can easily get off task when pages are taking to long to load which is what happens when the cache is really built up. If there is a way to use less cache it would be awesome and very appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, and able to work more efficiently because of the task and sequence functions, connecting to personal inbox is a huge plus as well
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easiest platform to use for a sales hub, no complicated extra info on each page like salesforce, super easy to train employees on.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of sequences steps and auto unenrollment when a response is received.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are daily limits on how many emails can be sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this to sync with our HubSpot Marketing database rather than using other tools like SalesLoft that don't transfer metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the 'predictability' of the software. In our particular case, being able to know how many emails have been opened or the number of times a potential client visited our website is key to the phone conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suppose, it would be sometimes we get duplicate leads or I found a lead under one name, and yet the email address, main home address was under a different name. So I wish there was a way the system could catch things like that, but its not really a big deal, a minor irritation more than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AS I mentioned, everything is at my fingertips. The software makes it easy to confirm we're dealing with the right persona's, all the data is neatly organized. Getting statics from the reports help us to plan marketing campaigns, and team collaboration is at a whole new level.

What do you like best about the product?
The system creates and update your client data base during your daily routines. It helps build up a list of interested clients for informative repetitive mailshots, by routing faulty email addresses and un-subscriptions. You can set up sequences to keep the clients engaged on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system uses the email address to log the company name, therefore it takes some tweaking when some clients use google, gmail etc. accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy way of maintaining a customer data base, and avoid us sending out unwanted emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences - They make your life easy and work really well to filter through a large number of leads. The amount of customization with the flexibility to add tasks in-between is really helpful.

Tasks - An efficient way to keep yourself and organized

Tracking - Has it's flaws but very helpful for clicks and opens
What do you dislike about the product?
Companies: Data representation and views can be a lot better

No add to sequence on the mobile app: While you can select templates you do not have the feasibility to enroll a lead into a sequence from your mobile device. This is very important especially if you work in multiple geographies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot Sales hub for prospecting. It has enabled me to keep a track of my leads and pipeline, the inbuilt tracking has really helped in timing my reach outs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot works best when it has a lot of data points connected to it. It's great for pipeline management and leads. Automation workflows make life easier by further processing the data for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences help me to stay in touch in a semi-personalised way with leads that are in a holding pattern - which is often the case for our clients, where the average sales cycle is around 12 months.

I can also see who is engaging with what I send and prioritise my leads list accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Follow up tasks - I wish we could add notes or a different title when creating a task to follow up (for example when sending an email)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to stay in touch with hundreds of contacts, many of whom are not in a buying phase right now. Hubspot helps me to automate this process.
