Accelerating sales via hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can track people who have opened my emails so I can follow up with them accordingly. It is also amazing to be able to track my progress in the dashboard and measure my performance compared to the rest of my team. It literally saves me hours of time by making complex processes simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that sometimes I have to add people personally into Hubspot since we can't upload lists from excel without permission from the manager as it's not ethical to upload lists for cold emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am being able to do lead generation at the ease of my palm since I can save templates and then send them to an unlimited number of people. I have struck multiple deals worth thousands of pounds which would not have been possible without hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick accessibility of most important prospecting tools plus great UIX design. It helps to keep up with my tasks and provides a solid and balanced workflow. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are still lacking. For example, the ability to edit messages related with call registering automation and ordering calls from your prospects. But it is still up to be fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is all about time. While cold calling or cold mailing I don't have an extra time to do anything. HubSpot Sales Hub lets me save my time and let grow my company quicker.

Please make the most of it as you use all of its complex features.

The downside is needing other applications for finding correct industries.

Benefits include being able to see exactly where you're at with tasks during the week. (You can also set these well in advance)

First of all, It is very user-friendly. The fact that it's also connected to Gmail and helps to find your contacts fast.

I don't dislike anything. I really like it!

Instead of having various tools to keep the consultant's profile organized, I have Hubspot sales that helps me to gather all the informations and also the consultant's CVs. I love it

I like how HubSpot makes it easy for me to have an organized pipeline. The follow up of tasks where you get notified about your task helped me a lot.

Some features are not available for a certain account although of course, it depends on your subscription.

They have helped me with organizing my follow-up so I won't miss potential sales. I am more productive and organized.

The most important problem Hubspot helps me to solve is to build and runn an efficient machine to transform unknown prospects into great customers

The easy to use and the viewing of the sales board

I can't think of anything right now. Maybe the compatibility with other software

Helps the tea to stay focus on our leads. Easy to see progress of deals

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting email notifications for Meetings Booked but not having the option to add Date & Time of the Meeting Booked is not intuitive at all. These emails are spam to me. Would be good if we can personalize the details of Meetings Booked into these emails so we don't have to search for it manually, even after receiving an email notification.
Another thing I dislike is that some of the integrations are quite wonky. Like for example, with Fireflies.ai some calls don't get ported over into Hubspot and we need to log these transcripts.

I use Hubspot heavily on my day-to-day. It helps streamline my entire work routine and makes me a lot more efficient. With Hubspot, I can have more time to work on more critical tasks and leave the mundane tasks like email follow-ups to automation. Great thing about this is that you won't have to worry about losing deals just because your team doesn't have enough bandwidth, especially with manual processes.
Besides that, Hubspot also provides visibility and tracking on all tasks, which is really helpful in a team-setting, especially when a lot of us are working remotely during COVID.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It'll save you and your team a ton of time, reduce manual work and the use of Google Sheets! That being said, your team will have more capacity to work on generating new leads and closing deals. You won't have to worry about losing leads!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple HubSpot Sales Hub makes my lead generation. I use the email marketing tool to provide value to my potential clients. The tracking is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have had an issue with is trying to set up the scheduling feature. I have my calendar linked, but for some reason, it doesn't consider my other scheduled appointments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been much easier to track my lead generation by using HubSpot Sales Hub. By creating a dashboard, it has made it easy to report my numbers for our weekly sales meetings.
