What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track my sent emails and know when they were opened and when not. It benefits me by tracking key people im reach out to. Major help when needing to cold call someone after sending an email

HubSpot Sales Hub - The Future of Virtual Learning

What do you like best about the product?
Very detailed and insightful learning elements to provide necessary and valuable information on the topic of Sales in a field that is extremely valuable to any background in business. Reinforcement of content and tools needed to succeed in the business of Sales and Marketing. Helpful hints are always valuable to find that edge and separate yourself amongst others in a very competitive industry. Diving down to very specific details in a variety of categories is a very valuable tool of this Sales Hub. I've run through a variety of other sessions in the Sales category, such as LinkedIn and Hubspot's version is more detail oriented and provides a much larger value than others in the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing more detailed real life examples would be even more beneficial to the course. The more details and visuals for us as users, the additional emphasis will be made on a variety of areas of the course. With any course, there are certain elements of the sales hub that aren't entirely relevant to the day to day nature of ones job, and sometimes that can be harder to push through than other sessions that you might be viewing during this course. Overall this course has many more pluses than minuses, but I think it's worth keeping in mind, as you take the course. It's not a sprint, it's a marathon and a worthwhile marathon at that. Treat it like it's a valuable asset to your day to day and it will provide the return on investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing in particular, but the tips provided are usual and valuable for everyone. Using this course for areas of reinforcement from things learned earlier in my career is a good back bone for this course. After years of work life experience, some things fall through the cracks and this type of course acts as a nice refresher for myself and likely many others. I do believe over time, there will be problems that are solved thanks to the HubSpot Sales Hub. Immediacy was never a concern of mine. It's the long term investment that I was most looking forward to with this learning session.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is an asset for any company, large or small. The Sales Hub is just one of the many values it brings to the table.

Using Hubspot Sales Hub & Sequences to Create & Maintain Business Relationships.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I think the overall capabilities of the interface are most helpful. The navigation & search bar features make it easy to move throughout the platform & move from contact to contact, company to contact, & company to company. The sequence editor & Template database make it easy to create new sequences quickly that you can share with your teammates instantly. The sequence analytics dashboard offers users insight into how customers perceive & interpret their emails & sequences. I believe this is a crucial aspect of the platform, It gives users the ability to analyze trends in sequence data and improve the effectiveness of their overall message & outreach. From an efficiency standpoint, the contact & company preview option offers users the fastest way to quickly change minute details about leads & customers data fields as well as their corresponding companies. Partnership with third-party integrations with other platforms such as Uplead & Seamless. AI makes it easy to import customer & company data with the click of a button. Daily Task reminders are helpful when organizing your day & ensure that no contact gets left behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are too many things that aren't helpful about HubSpot Sales Hub. One improvement that I think could be made in the near feature is a button to select and unenroll contacts from the Contacts table view. Currently, to unenroll contacts you must either go into the contact profile or pull up the contact preview. Using the contact preview decreases the amount of time spent unenrolling contacts significantly. However, I believe an Unenroll button similar to the "Enroll in Sequence" button would increase efficiency even more for users who engage with multiple contacts within a single organization. Another area of the platform that could be improved is the connection between third-party integrations. Sometimes when importing contacts through external databases, (ie. Seamless, AI & Uplead) company accounts will be duplicated. This causes contacts to be spread throughout the platform in 2-3 different profiles of the same company within the sales hub. This causes users to spend time merging company accounts before enrolling contacts in sequences, which can negatively impact overall efficiency. Lastly, I think it is key to keep in mind that if you continue to use the same sequences, you shouldn't expect a change in outcome. It is necessary to review the previous sequence's strengths & weaknesses before sending out the same old thing. Try to understand from a customer point of view what specifically people are positively reacting to and revise and revisit these strengths as you go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I have been able to begin to solve through the implementation of HubSpot Sales Hub is the challenge of pioneering relationships with new accounts. The sequence options give you the ability to organize your time & outreach effectively to keep persistent yet professional contact with new leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are thinking about using HubSpot Sales Hub to Manage your customer relations, I think it worth mentioning that it doesn't do everything for you. While it does a great job managing initial outreach, your salespeople will still need to be held responsible for managing the relationships with the new connections that Hubspot will help you make.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of ways to interact and learn throughout the course, which I also found easy to use and navigate. I also appreciated the diversity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the notes and materials were not always available to accessible, and I wish there was a way to copy and paste those as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is my first experience learning/navigating a CRM, I appreciate how easy it is and all of the available resources.

Tracking the buyers journey. It's amazing with deals created.

Keeping on top of my tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to keep on top of my daily tasks, knowing that no business opportunity will slip through the net
What do you dislike about the product?
When you send an email, it completes the task, unless you tick the box to create a follow-up task. I prefer to just move the date on my original task, otherwise my activity history list just gets full up of loads of different tasks that I then have to scroll through!

I'd also like to be able to add a 'Category' column heading in my Open task view, so I can quickly select certain categories to contact. Perhaps there is a better way of doing this? At the moment I just use the Title field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of my tasks is a major benefit, scheduling exact times to call prospects when you know they will be in the office is a great feature. Being able to quickly scroll through my call notes/emails prior to a call is really helpful. I love being able to pin important notes to the top.

User friendly and Feature rich platform

What do you like best about the product?
The search feature allows a user to easily locate relevant content. Syncing w Google and other apps creates a seamless experience across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes a contact doesn't sync with a company automatically and therefore emails don't transfer to deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining and monitoring sales pipeline. We are able to easily keep tabs on where each deal and each sales rep is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The user friendly aspect cannot be downplayed. The search feature makes it easy to gain insights into underleveraged sales by creating a searchable data rich environment

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows our team to effectively communicate with both our customers and each other in numerous ways. It has proven an invaluable tool for organising sales strategies, executing marketing efforts, and maintaining an accurate client database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I, personally, would like to see more diverse marketing templates (and/or templates that can more easily be modified). The ones available are not well suited to our particular business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has assisted us in properly assessing the quality of customer interactions as well as accurately evaluating the success our sales efforts. It also enables remote working through various built-in tools (tasks, comments, notifications).
