Creating a more efficient sales experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a total CRM. Our sales team has been able to transform the way we do business thanks to Hubspot. There are so many tools I enjoy using its hard to find a favorite; however the automation is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The isn't much if anything, that I dislike while I have been using Hubspot. To be picky, there are a few fields I would like to bulk edit. I would also like to send an email out in bulk, a feature that I haven't seen but Hubspot might just have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to accurately keep data. Our data was previously in an excel spreadsheet, and the benefits of moving to HubSpot is less human input which has led to less errors and cleaner data. For example, HubSpot automatically records when we talk to leads, and with this data, we can accurately see how long it takes for leads to sign and much more.
Great tool for helping startups increase leads.
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking system in Hubspot is revolutionary. Being able to know when prospects have opened an email is something that helps keep track of all your leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different sections for notes on Hubspot contacts can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was being able to send bulk emails that dont look robotic effectively.

Sequencing a contact is hard. you have to do it a round about way.

Forcasting has been huge! I think the idea of keeping all my own clients in one place is something i didnt realize

Follow-up and scheduling meetings is great. I love being able to set reminders for important tasks. Transferring leads has been extremely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you consult with your sales team and differentiate "must-haves" from "nice to haves" and get buy-in.

Easy to manage and very useful! Great way to organize.

Too many features. Needs a black color theme for less brightness.

I'm solving customers' issues and the benefits are that I have made sales!

the scheduling tool makes putting time on my calendar really easy

the time slot changes within the scheduling tool were not super intuitive at first but I got it

we have a very strong inbound funnel with lots of touches. its important we have a way to effectively engage and convert leads to meetings

What I like about everything on how easy it is to use and maneuver. How fast it reads the names and the information you are looking up.

There is nothing I don't dislike. Everything runs how it has to. never have issues

no problems have been found and if there is it will get fixed in about 5 min.
Hubspot sales is an excellent tool on time on daily tasks

Traceability. Always easy to find needed data

The set up at first. Takes some time to get used to it.

The meeting invite reminder templates there is not space between the signature and the text

Love the reports area. The landing page and website management section is amazing.
HubSpot is perfect for all your CRM needs!
What do you like best about the product?
We currently use hubspot to house our leads and send marketing emails to our contacts. We can see what users are doing on our landing pages/website and can send tailored emails to each prospect based off what they are doing. Love the live chat feature from the customer success team always being ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, the platform can be overwhelming if you're just starting out. You have to continue using the platform and learning through the Hubspot customer support tool to fully get the most out of it. Don't give up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us solve our data on our customers. We are able to have eyes on not only our deals, sequences, what stage our opportunities in, and our conversations. We've seen more information with the collaboration with marketing.
