I find Hubspot very useful

What do you like best about the product?
The reports, it's quick and easy to share data with coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email integration. I don't know if it's just our company policy but I can't use email integration with our Microsoft email platform. A while ago Linked IN used to integrate with Salesforce and I could see clients' pictures of their faces when I pulled up their profile. I wish Hubspot had that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads, communications, and sales between the other people on my team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
check for Email integration, Linked In or some social network integration

Streamlined and User Friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease at which I can create contacts, tasks, and deals right from the Hubspot extension on my email. I also like that I am able to track when receivers open my emails and share them with their colleagues. It makes me feel more productive and successful in my day-to-day outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many widgets to fill in when trying to perform a seemingly simple task, there are few things that I think could be better streamlined for the user, however, overall I love the products and find it quite easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is quicker and easier to keep track of with HubSpot. I know when I need to follow up with clients, and I can communicate on the stages at which our projects are in, with my colleagues, right through the application. At a previous employer, I used a competitor to HubSpot and I'm glad my current employer uses Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot streamlines business and removes friction in my day-to-day tasks.It is definitely worth the investment.

Functional and easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows a good connection between its data sections and the sequencing area. It is relatively easy to build a sequence using Templates and dynamic fields. Accuracy at scale is the right expression.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe templates could be better displayed and organized. Often teams build sequences by creating new templates and your Hubspot will be crowded templates nobody uses efficiently. Something to improve!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hubspot Sales Hub I can reach to many prospects with low priority in an efficient manner and make sure relevant content is delivered to them all in an engaging way.

Keeps all the information from all teams in one place - eases the handover between marketing and sales

Easy to use platform

Tons of great integrations ie salesforce/gmail/zoom/linkedin/etc

Great sequence automation

Good task manager system

would be great if we could send sales emails on behalf of another user
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of messaging with potential clients and management of deals throughout the lifecycle.
Gives a great view for everyone to see where deals stand and easy to use templates for emails with clients

It's great - needs to be implemented properly, but as long as you take it seriously and use it to its potential it is a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting dashboard allows me to check campaign performance easily while the alerts and notifications provide me with real time insights that keeps me focused on the current sales activity needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could drill down into the dashboards more for click throughs and email opens for my team members also assigned to a campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm my own sales and marketing hub and don't need to rely on the marketing team to generate new leads for me. I'm my own sales hub.

Fantastic resources for every area of the business

What do you like best about the product?
It's nice for everyone that is involved with the customer and deal to be able to have reminders and then pass it off to the next responsible person, from lead gen to customer retention and satisfaction. I love the integration with Gmail, it makes my work life incredibly efficient, I had used HubSpot without the Gmail integration for a bit and it was liked a night and day difference once they were linked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see training videos attached discreetly to different areas so that I could learn on the spot about tips and tricks in HubSpot. Or maybe have a learning mode that could be turned on or off where the training videos are integrated next to said feature. Sometimes I feel like the training is too compartmentalized and long, I would like to be able to access things while I'm in the moment and utilizing the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of having a lot of different people's hands in a single deal, Hubspot solves. When a deal gets closed a reminder automatically gets sent to the secretary to write a handwritten note to that customer. Things like that make it very seamless. Additionally, it is fantastic to be able to view simple things like the number of times that potential customer has visited our site in the past few weeks, it's a nice tool to be able to gage engagement of a lead that I am working on converting into a customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want something that will keep customers straight across the different department and allows you to track everything from the first website visit to evangelist of the company, then use HubSpot

Great sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
I came from SalesForce so it took me a little while to get used to it, but once I did - it's great. I love the how easy it is to great templates & sequences then track how they are performing and who is engaged to help focus my follow ups. There are a lot of shortcuts that save me a lot time without my day. It empowers sales reps to be able to do everything without the help of marketing or IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the was a way to select multiple records in a sequences for stopping or pausing it. Right now you have to do the whole sequence or go 1 by 1. Also wish it would show how many emails are going out on future dates of sequences. You can see it for the first one, but don't think you can for future ones that may be several weeks out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating a lot of the manual time consuming parts of the sales process - especially around prospecting, follow ups and appointment setting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend reviewing HubSpot. I couldn't imagine not having it.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of sequences and deal flows provides us with the ability to set off repetitive tasks and focus on higher value task within the sales team.

We've seen vast improvements on the number of customers we engage with via the automatic meeting links we can create, and we also distribute inbound deals evenly across the team via the round robin features available.

When creating new deal pipelines we've found it comprehensive, yet simple, giving us the flexibility to understand exactly what is happening with each of our customers at any given moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grouping companies and deals together is sometimes messy, and the reporting doesn't work particularly well for the way our business runs. this mainly rears its head when we onboard a new referral network, as we look to provide either commissions or discounts to referees. This can become arduous and manual as it's difficult to associate one company with another group of companies.

This is the only real difficulty we find when using HubSpot Sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We automate our account management to a degree, as well as customer engagement via our triggered sequences. This allows us to focus on higher value tasks with out outreach and customer success, while still maintaining contact with existing customers that are self-serving.

We also have a great integration with our support tools, so technical support and account management both have clear visibility with any updates on a customer, which can become a complex issue. A 30 minute meeting is now a 30 second glance at a contact/customer record.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation to anyone looking to use HubSpot Sales Hub is to set up tags before you import any historic data. Tagging is a key way to ensure that you can search, segregate, delete, and maintain data you hold in the system.

I would also recommend utilising the video tutorials provided before commencing any work, as this will ensure you have a basic understanding of the system before using, as it is so feature rich and can become confusing.
