Hubspot for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to keep track of client leads with the tracking tools that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is that a lot of the features only become available if you use the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of leads and easily see who I have reached out to and where they are at in the process.
Easiest to use and most powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using any CRM's in my career but Hubspot is way over all of them. It's so easy to use but at the same time very powerful. Tracking your pipeline has never been so easy. Using Hubspot's templates makes it fast to start reaching clients. If you want to edit templates or tabs you can do that as well in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not finding it before! I missed so many sales in my past by using complex CRM's that made it difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my leads I would say is my greatest benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
They manage to find new and improved ways of tracking the client and for us even patient process in a mostly readable way from start to finish which is smoother and simpler than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel that the tabs are a bit cluttered and Hubspot could benefit from a bit of a UI rework on the tab dropdown nature to make it a bit more together rather than spread into arguably confusing subcategories
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales flow process and tracking our client and patient interaction from start to finish. The dialer options and features are also incredibly helpful for notating cold/warm calls and following up.
User friendly, lot of funcionality/integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the pipelines and organizations, manual and automated tasks for accountability, visibility across the organization, and customizable dashboards/reports, connected communication capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calling from the ticket, it doesn't connect the "call" activity to the ticket, only to the contact. It would be nice to assign certain playbooks to certain types of tickets. We have a ton of playbooks, notes snippets, and templates. Seems like they're all just in a big list/database, could be more organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can call, email, and text a contact from the contact page, deal page, or ticket. I like how clean it is, and how you can view all activity or sort for specific activity type. So, communication problem solved. Internally, we tag each other in notes a lot as well. We also display key metrics on dashboards, and we get automated tasks to remind us of key deliverables.
A tool for everything
What do you like best about the product?
i can virtually control every aspect of the sale process and i never forget to follow up a contact or the contact's info themselves. Its a must have!
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its kind of buggy and some tools are a bit clumsy

I can mail, call and takes notes about every prospect.

As mentioned earlier, I managed to better organize my sales activities.
Very Easy to Use and Manage
What do you like best about the product?
What my team and I find best about HubSpot is that we can manage prospects and where they are in the sales pipeline making it very simple to track where clients are and in which stage.
What I also love about HubSpot is how user-friendly it is. Not a complicated CRM like a few other companies.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot, in my opinion, does have very few things I dislike. The only thing that I wish it did was notify me when an email was sent out, but the email was incorrect. This way, it would save me time in my sales when a prospect says, "I didn't receive an email."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can say that HubSpot has done for us with problem-solving is easy management; it doesn't take much for new hires to learn HubSpot and teach them how to manage prospects. The biggest benefit with it being easy to use is that it save so much time compared to other CRMS

It's not really a dislike but I wish there was a way to track bot opens / clicks in email communication

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is simple to use and easy to train new employees on. Our dashboard is customized with the most relevant metrics that our customer service team needs to see and it's task management system is exactly what we need to stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to fully customize Hubspot to your liking. As we all know, we want things to be quick and simple, but good things come to those who are patient. If you put the time and effort into customizing your hubspot, it will become an essential tool for your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales makes it easy to seamlessly assign clients to customer service reps. It also allows for full transparency between team members so that we can all see what everyone else is doing. I love that I can have my calendar hooked up to a hubspot link as well, so that clients may schedule meetings with me based off of my calendar.

Makes it easy to track the customer journey by creating new flows and generating tasks.

So many possibilities can be a little intimidating at first, but once you get the hang of it's great.

The customer journey became much easier to follow, by creating the right automation and flows, you're able to track all relevant data and get clean analytics.
