Best CRM for our digital agency
What do you like best about the product?
After trying several other CRM's (nothing against them!) our team landed on Hubspot and love the simplicity to maintain all customer conversations, e-mails and lead status all in one place. We regularly use e-mail sequences, calendar and customer pipeline options which have been seamless and helpful for our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pros far outweight the cons. The one suggestion I would make is that you cannot integrate your Google My Business e-mail signature into Hubspot, you are required to create your own Hubspot e-mail signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting all our leads and conversations centralized in one place for our sales team to follow up. Additionally Hubspot Academy and all the free content available is helpful for longterm educational growth for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to organize my clients and also connect them to my calendar and my call log in Contacts that way everything is right there when I need it and I also love the alert that happens when I send an email through HubSpot when my client opens the email it's very helpful to know when they're reviewing contracts
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I've experienced with HubSpot is when I'm working on my iPad it does glitch out a lot through the app but on a desktop I've had no issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's help me organize all of my clients it's helped me know which client is mine and which client is a colleagues and it's also help me keep track of every communication that we've had with that client so that way we're not overlapping anything
Provides complex functionality in an easy to use and intuitive interface.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visually appealing and intuitive interface best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like when contacts are automatically bounced from Hubspot even when I can still email them from Outlook.

Potential and earned revenue tracking, contact touches, ensuring we provide an excellent customer experience, teammate accountability.

If you're looking for a CRM that you can set up quickly and easily, HubSpot Sales Hub is what you need. It's effortless to start where you are and take off running. I enjoy tracking my deals from prospecting to closing. HubSpot Sales Hub makes the recordkeeping process fun.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the CRM integrates well with all the technology we use in our company. The CRM is very quick and user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike as I have used many CRMs throughout my business. If I had to choose something I would say I dislike how much is costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of keeping all my leads in order and staying organized. I am making sure they are all touched and I like the workflows.

A lot of things we can do with the hubspot. Lot of customization and integration can do.

Modern features or layout. its still look like a basic CRM tool

We are a ecommerce customer service. we use this for customer service support and marketing campaigns

HubSpot is easy to use, set up and maintain without a strong IT deparment.

Reporting features are lacking, e.g. difficult to build strong list reports and distribute via email

This is an incredible tool, if you are looking for a plug and play tool, this is it.

Tasks are easy to set and follow up on. Reminders go to email and appear on Hubspot screen

Showing the teams growth on the platform is a great benefit, making sure everyone is up to speed

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful is the tasks tab that allows managing my daily tasks. The overview of the companies (child/parent) and the different contact helped us have a better mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an SDR, the tab of deals is not helpful because we manage our activities through the tasks and not the deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot benefits us in term of data (number of call, meeting booked, number of activities per week/day). Hubspot insights has helped us to have more accurate information about our targets

If you are looking to improve your sales performance, hubspot is the solution

I appreciate the different ways to visualize data, deal stages, and the ease of scheduling follow ups with reminders

I wish the data would load more quickly. Sometimes it takes minutes to populate a new deal from an existing contact.

The data help me visualize my sales funnel and keep things from falling through the cracks.

Try it out! It's very helpful and easy to use

Can spend a healthy amount of time building out what we need from a data/ops point of view to be able to create a clean 'workflow' of how our reps operate and scale our growth.

Sometimes workflows are required to be built to fix what might seem like a simple thing, to get around a certain issue. Using extra workflows as 'tags' to catch filters to prevent issues happening
