Great Sales platform
What do you like best about the product?
Full control of leads and deals, being able to act quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical problems awhen we most need it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly HubSpot is compared to Sales Force. It is simple and easy to use, it did not take much to transition from Salesforce to Hubspot.

Nothing to comment on dislike so far, as a new user

Effectiveness of HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gmail and HubSpot are interlinked, and it is easy for me to see my emails from clients even when I am not logged in to my HubSpot account. I like how I can also easily make calls
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about HubSpot. Except when the system is down once in a while, which is understandable. Should try running maintenance after hours when fewer people are on the system to avoid glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see when clients have opted out of communication, and I can quickly attend to them. I can also see when a client has clicked on a link from my emails requesting a meeting; which is also helpful

I like the ability to make lists the most!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I cannot choose a timezone when making an appointment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to fix the time zone issue. I have noticed hubspot gives me the ability to store all my leads in one place and also I can calculate my sales and how many appointments I book.

I dont like that the calling tool has not enough minutes.

We are using it for contacting potential customers, so no follow up is missed ever.

Some minor connections or integrations are missing, especially in the field of calls within dialpad. or the skip task functionality

Customer support is fast and very helpful.

There are a lot of things it does that I have no idea how to use, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Keeping track of all of my communications is easy. Setting up tasks keeps me organized and I never miss reaching out in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast it works. It makes my job a lot smoother because of the efficiency.

I do not dislike anything so far from Hubspot.

It solves workflow. We have leads that come into Hubspot and it immediately notifies us that someone needs or wants assistance.
Used it inside the all-in-one Hubspot CRM and really loved it.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to enter the amount in different currencies. Also, help center speed is unbelievable and guide you way more than you can think.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation in the sales pipeline was sometimes unable to detect triggers properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling tools are really helpful. It allows creating different meeting schedules for different time zones. Also if you want to schedule an email, it offers the best time to send to the customers, based on their open rates during a specific time range.
HubSpot is a great resource!!

So many resources to help you create more dynamic playbooks, training manuals, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is there is so much information it's hard to keep up.
