Extremely useful to follow up clients

What do you like best about the product?
It's great so you won't forget about your clients, it's also great to track all Deals, Tickets or quotes you may have active.
What I like the most is how you can manage the properties according to your needs so you can then use them to filter.

Another GREAT thing is the Company database. So for each contact with a registered company you get the whole information about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small but life changing detail: Add tokens to the Task title. In this way you can filter them from the queue without having to actually enter the task (useful when handling a lot of them)

Although there is a lot you can do, there are also a few details or features that would make things much easier.
Like I'd like to have more options when creating a property, or also be able to edit Hubspot properties since they are very useful.

Like, I want to also be able to use the call outcomes or types as filtering properties. In this way I can filter all the calls with Wrong Number and do a bulk delete on the phones and assign the right property to that contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all of our clients, whether they are customers or leads or prospects.
It's when we keep track of their activities and ways of interaction that we can take care of them in a more personal way.

So I think the ultimate end to it is the great customer care you get to provide.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it is required to refresh HubSpot several times throughout the day typically. Also, how you cannot search a prospect by their organization like Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The power of a sequence -- how it saves a lot of time versus generating individual emails and phone call tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send follow up emails automatically.

The inability to track number of proposals that come from each sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see more metrics and to eliminate the busy work of follow ups. This allows me to contact more people each week.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is extremely user-friendly and their support team is very responsive. The platform is a powerful tool to automate most of your sales and marketing functions with the help of their sequences, workflows, marketing campaigns, templates, etc. making your teams work process far more effective and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a deal stage is marked "Closed Won" it stops logging email communications to that account on the deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using it to automated our communication process with leads and clients. This is mostly done leveraging the power of HubSpot's sequences and workflow
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A definite yes! This is a very user-friendly and powerful tool, making it easy to install and adapt to. It empowers your team to work faster, better and more efficiently. By automating most of your communications it allows you to focus on the grander elements of your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequencing is the best part. Seeing activity as well.

I feel like there needs to be more transparency on account and contact owners. I don't like that you can't sequence by company and only by contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation because it gives us more time to focus on developing more automated processes and take care of tasks that cannot be automated like calls and generating documents for specific leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to know what you want to implement into your CRM before getting support rather than saying this is my end goal, how can I make that happen?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot less falling through the cracks. Being able to track all of the spending/ conversion rates/ deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean and easy to use on a regular basis. It's not overly complicated. I've built this into our email processes and regular monthly tracking to make sure we get the most out of our sales efforts. We've integrated both Gmail and Adapt.Io into the process to make this smooth on our end. Unlike SF it's great that this doesn't need an administrator to manage, which can be crippling for small companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to be easier to build out some of the key reports our team needs. Part of this is our fault for not taking the time to build everything out. As we mature it's something we need to spend a day or two doing. I'd also like to make it harder to accidently create duplicate client accounts or contacts. Anything to keep the system clean is always a fantastic benefit. The more you use this the easier it gets but be ready for a learning curve. Take the easy certification classes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our pipeline and managing deals is easy and clean for our young startup company. We do our weekly and quarterly pipeline reviews and analysis from here. All deal tracking is completed through Hubspot. We monitor for activity and leverage reminder to make sure we are staying in touch with our partners. We do the best we can to maximize the product we have and more improtantly, our sales efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just build it into your process from the very beginning. Don't develop bad habits. So much harder to add it into your workflow down the road. This is true for any CRM. Build good habits fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Great for company's with many employees, easy to keep track of the progress. Very easy to use, history, tasks and comments really help to manage work flow. Sometimes hard to import files, Hubspot automatically changes names to website address, which can take some time to edit. But other than that, not that many issues. Also one more issue might be, that you are not able to call to quite few countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and sales. Hubspot is really good site to work with, easy to follow information. Very easy to use, history, tasks and comments really help to manage work flow. Also like the function of dashboard, easy to follow your progress. And surprised how simple it is to integrate more settings. Hubspot also works as some sort of "storage space", instead of keeping all the info in Excel sheets which could be quite annoying and hard to keep track of all the info. This way all the employes have constant access to all the information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequences feature and the tracking and logging of emails! It saves me a ton of time to enroll prospects into a sequence but also it gives me an easy way to personalize messaging as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dashboards are a little confusing but once you can figure them out, they are very helpful

It saves me so much time! I can reach out to 10x the amount of people than if I wasn't using the tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many options to organize my work. There are multiple people in my office who use HubSpot in totally different ways to organize clients. Being able to choose what works best for me was a huge part of getting things done faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of filters. Some are way overtly detailed and more simple filters would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management! Having things organized and lists ready to go is great.
