On the Spot Calling With HubSpot Tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the system integrates into assigning tasks, you can easily assign tasks to do, set up calls and emails to perform your work accurately, and be easy to use.
It makes the user experience less time-consuming, and assignments become more focus-driven. My colleagues and I use it every day, and thanks to HubSpot, our priority tasks get done immediately and in less time giving us the opportunity to attend to any other duties when using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of only the part when creating an email on a company or contact profile - There's no way we get the send button to send an email when creating one, and this happens when we create an email without being a template to be used or shown. So we need to choose one and then delete it in order to show button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales workflows, Alleviating stress upon self assignments, Time Management

HubSpot Sales Hub has allowed us to increase sales and streamline customer service

What do you like best about the product?
We previously worked sales via email and a Google spreadsheet. Sales Hub keeps everything organized for team members to know exactly what is going on with every lead and every deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest challenges with Sales Hub are the limitations of the paid starter version. We would love to automate more (sequences / workflows) but cannot afford to upgrade to Professional at this time. There are also some specific issues that I have added to the Ideas Forum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had no way to track correspondence with customers or to track deals from start to finish. Sales Hub has reduced the possibility of errors and allowed us to grow our business exponentially.

Understandable, comprehensive CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly HubSpot is. As someone who has never used a CRM before HubSpot, I can't imagine going elsewhere. I would say that the learning curve was very manageable to go from a new user to a (somewhat) advanced user.

The features are robust, and HubSpot customer care is also quite strong, quick to respond, and incredibly receptive to feedback.

I cannot stress enough the importance of ease of use. Businesses are busy enough as is; learning a new complex program is not doable for many, so this simple to use but powerful tool is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times speed can be a challenge. I know this comes with large databases, but even so, it can be pretty slow to load at times. There are also some features that I would like to see built in the future. For example, I would like more options from lists, have workflows directly flow into sequences, etc. These are nitpicky though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is that we are looking to have a centralized source of knowledge across a large team. The most significant benefit is the general organization of the group; everyone can be on the same page and use HubSpot as a "second brain" + task manager.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiest and fastest way to contact, organize and manage your leads
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the price. The price isn't as affordable as other tools, and not many companies can set a budget for just one selling tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to remember who and when to contact a lead
Being able to personalize all massive emails
Track my results and compare the effects on each sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub automation saves me time doing manual tasks and provides security I won't miss out on functions. I can confidently say that when used correctly and consistently, HubSpot Sales Hub will help any team sell more, provide management deeper insights into deals and projections, and provide automation that saves everyone time. I'd never use another CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the LinkedIn integration didn't only work with LinkedIn Teams - I generally work for small companies that don't invest in that as I'm the only sales rep. I use LinkedIn consistently and would like a more accessible and budget-friendly way to integrate that work into my HubSpot outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sales Hub allows me to clearly see what is happening with my sales pipeline. It also provides management with clear insights thus eliminating the need for any micromanaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows me to create tasks to keep me organized and efficient. I can be proactive with intentional follow-ups to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to add multiple email accounts with different signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of activity for all sales leads. We can also send out marketing emails. We are also utilizing marketing tools to find out more about our lead generation efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track my deals with a quick search. The best part of it is that it allows you to categorize leads effectively, and tracks your outreach to prospects so you can fcreate a tight sales cycle!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HubSpot crashes, and won't allow calls to be made. Every tool has issues like this, and when they happen, I simply call from my zoom phone until the issue has been resolved (generally within 10 minutes).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm tracking deals efficiently, and cutting out time required to research leads with easy access to company info and websites for those leades!
