Great user interface with abundance of learning tools to get started!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot actually feels like it was designed by people who don't hate their customers. It's intuitive and easy to use, and they introduce steady improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it's a CRM, not a database, but... it would still be great to have the option of calculated fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run all our customer acquisition through HubSpot. It works cleanly and efficiently.
Great for Sales or Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I love all things integration - I love that HS connects to my Outlook, it has created more efficiency for me as a salesperson, so I'm not having to go and manually enter all my email communications or meeting invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I uncheck the buttons on my Outlook not to log the meeting, but I'll review the HS thread later, and it still logged that communication. Not a big deal, but it's the only thing I noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency. At my old job, I had to manually enter (copy+paste) every email communication sent or received, very tedious!!! My Sales Manager was having us reach Activity goals of 400 each month, so imagine having to enter up to, or exceeding manually, 400 email communications each month. So I got a new job, and they utilize HS - I have rekindled some much time each day!!!
Best CRM for Sales Managers and Sales Reps too!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitiveness of HubSpot. Everything in HubSpot seems logical and natural both in entering activities and creating reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is the limit of 20 reports per dashboard. The fix is simply creating another dashboard. Simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to guess at what is happening with my team or wait for the end of the day or end of the week for updates. HubSpot gives me real-time information on activities and deals progress. A surprise benefit that I discovered is the ease of entering information into HubSpot by the reps. In the past with other CRMs, I ran into resistance from the salespeople when they had to enter info into the system.
With HubSpot, I find the ease of entering data and the ability to work with the smartphone app actually translates into more data coming into HubSpot by the rep without the complaining and resistance I saw in other CRMs. This is a huge benefit to me and a relief for the rep. Easier entry of data means more compliance and happier reps! Also, the reports available in HubSpot are flexible and customizable, and easy to read. This is especially important when it comes to showing the reps where they are and what they need to focus on.

I have not experienced anything that I dislike about the platform yet.

It is an all-in-one platform to manage multiple sections of your Business's Sales activities.

We deal with customers' emails on a daily to daily basis. It is easy to track bulk emails from the same customer.

Complete and fully capable CRM for teams of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has all the functionality you need from a CRM and has a free plan for unlimited users. You only pay for features needed beyond the basic use of a CRM, and you only pay for the users on the team that need those features while the rest of the team can remain on free plans. This kind of flexibility is critical for startups and it's why I always recommend this CRM to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were anything to dislike, the pricing levels do get expensive when you do need to upgrade to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us track all of our prospects and customer interaction across our entire team. Everyone has visibility and can see what interactions and what progress has been made with any and all companies and contacts within our database. We can track all emails to and from our contacts directly in the CRM as well so that we don't have to retype emails into the system for record-keeping, it connects directly to Gmail and can automatically track emails. We also use the dashboard to track sales, lost deals, and our progress towards our KPIs on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Hubspot is simple to use and very convenient.

Hubspot reminds you of your tasks and when they need to be completed making it easier to do your follow-ups.

Some of the functions don't work all the time.

After Two Years with HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
There are several features I like, but my favorite is the versatility of sending emails. Being in Inside Sales, I make a lot of calls and send as many or more emails (often both for the same contact). That eats up time better spent moving on to the next call. HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to streamline that process by keeping numerous custom templates I can access & send in just a few clicks vs. typing it over and over again (or even copying & pasting the message). Additionally, I can send email sequences that will send multiple "top of mind" emails staggered out over a pre-selected timeframe. This is a huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
No CRM package is perfect, but HubSpot Sales Hub comes close. After 2yrs of usage, I am very pleased with its performance (which improves as you continue to use it).
