Hubspot its great and very efficient
What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the way you can manage your leads very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The message system is not the best and sometimes it does not allow you to send messages because it shows that you exceeded the limit

What do you like best about the product?
I love having a "birds-eye view" of everything taking place with my sales team via HubSpot Dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I love how easy it is to pull over data into the HubSpot CRM, I incur roadblocks assigning both company and contacts simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is allowing my team to see the proper target demographic for Scholars App. We can streamline processes much faster and view interest in real-time via opens, clicks, etc.

Ability to stay organized around my sales pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's cumbersome that new contacts from the gmail plugin show up with their email address in the name field. I have to edit every one of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline management is much easier. I don't let prospects slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate. Compared to Salesforce the difference for ease of use is night & day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the biggest issue but sometimes the call feature can be a little buggy, but a quick little refresh fixes the occasional issue.

Keeping my contacts organized. Helps provides insight as to what sequences are working and what could be improved.

It is very easy and it allows me to be more efficient in my role. I enjoy using the app when out in the field while visiting prospects.

The only dislike is that I did not find it sooner.

Hubspot provides a great variety of integrations with all sorts of data that can be collected and processed/analyzed to understand your team´s performance better.

There are some slight bugs to be fixed, mainly with Typeform integration.

The primary tool I utilize is the task management system for my leads. Mainly my great sales results are being achieved by maintaining the daily tasks.
