An excellent sales tools for keeping organized

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great product for staying organized throughout my sales process. I can create custom fields and set up automation to support it, which helps keep everything connected and effectively creates a closed loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer additions related to credits feel a bit cheap, and it comes across like a missed opportunity—more of an upsell for data that used to be free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is the central software we use to organize our outbound efforts, so it’s critical for keeping track of which sequences and outbound campaigns we’re running. It also helps us understand whether those efforts are being affected or not.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy HubSpot Sales Hub makes it to stay organized and actually follow through. The automation is a huge time-saver, and having everything in one place means I’m not jumping between tools all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it expensive as your needs grow. There’s also a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex workflows and automations - which is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In CAS and fractional CFO work, the sales process is highly consultative and often involves multiple stakeholders. HubSpot helps organize those interactions, track conversations over time, and automate follow-ups without losing the personal touch. This results in stronger relationship management and higher conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
In HubSpot Sales Hub, everything feels organized and easy to manage. It helps me keep all my contacts, emails, and deals in one place, so I don’t need to jump between different tools. Its email tracking and automation features have been really supportive and helpful; they’ve saved me time and made follow-ups feel less like a chore. The user interface is also excellent, and it’s easy to operate and understand. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub makes the sales process feel straightforward, manageable, and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a bit expensive if you need the advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has resolved the issues of scattered information and manual, time-consuming sales tasks. Earlier, our customer details, deal updates, and emails were spread across spreadsheets, different tools, and inboxes, which made it harder to stay organized and keep track of progress. HubSpot Sales Hub has brought everything into one place, and now I can easily see the full picture of each deal along with every customer interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as the main CRM for the company, and I really like that it's very simple and user-friendly. It lets my team stay super organized through using diverse pipelines, custom properties for contacts and companies, and dashboards to report to the greater organization. No one on the team has struggled to find information and collaborate on things like reports, dashboards, and segments. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the creation and customization of contact and company properties could be improved by making it easier to find the settings for both. I usually customize my properties by looking directly in the HubSpot search bar, but having a shortcut available would make it easier to find and explain to my teammates how to do it. We also struggled to decide which subscription type we wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub streamlines internal communication and reporting for deal and lead generation. It's user-friendly and helps keep my team organized with diverse pipelines and custom properties, allowing seamless collaboration and easy access to information.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the interface of HubSpot Sales Hub. It's quite clear and easy to understand. I also love all the tools that you can find within HubSpot, and the AI tool is quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a great overall impression. It is exactly what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to control and review my pipeline and track accounts I'm working with.

Powerful, Customizable Reporting and Pipeline Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I like the reporting feature. I can build a report for the metrics I'm most interested in tracking for my pipeline. For instance, my dashboard can display and track open opportunities/deals. Even modeling it to present a list of opportunities/deals that have not been communicated in a certain number of days. Or filter for deals that are past a certain number of days from their estimated close date. More filters exist where I can filter opportunities/deals by last activity date, size, contacts, and call notes.

The feature set for communications with the prospect is a full set. I can track calls, emails, linkedin, meetings, and add notes for each of those communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building reports is not the most intuitive. I believe the report building can be incredibly helpful but at first glance I got lost pretty easily. Right now I rely on another person on my team to build them instead and then I modify them as best I can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Hub is helping prevent deals / opportunities falling between the cracks. With so many different conversations ongoing the reporting helps to keep track of them at scale.

I benefit from this greatly where I'm reminded daily on the deals / opportunities that are within certain filters and require my attention.

What do you like best about the product?
It is well designed and easy to use and set-up it integrates well with all our applications and is a well performing Crm. The pricing is particularly great when starting out as a start-up and the support team is very attentive + the AI features make it easier for me to know things about account outreach etc quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data cna get messy if not organised well enough and the amount of filters they have sometimes dont work perfectly when creating reports/dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it super easy to have all accounts and prospects in one place and also great to have a centralised solution for managing meetings, contracts etc.
