Effortless Call Management with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I like using HubSpot Sales Hub because it's easy to use, which is important for me since I have to make calls to my contacts every day. I find it convenient to call directly from HubSpot, which simplifies my workflow.

Easy-to-Use Callbacks with Helpful Reminders
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set callbacks, with reminders sent to you so you don’t forget to call your clients. It’s very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of emails get sent to my email address. It also sets up many calls for a single deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m not really having any problems with HubSpot so far.

Sometimes things can be hard to find within the system.

Makes it easier to keep on top of all of my leads and particularly to follow them up easily using the tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate HubSpot Sales Hub for its pliability, which makes it versatile for my needs. It automates tasks, allows for sequences, and effectively tracks follow-up tasks, which enhances our efficiency. I also find the sorting of information for creating more detailed reports to be quite helpful. The initial setup was quite easy, which was a relief.

I find it a challenge sometimes to Create individual sorts of clients

HubSpot Sales Hub automates sequences and tracks follow-up tasks, which helps in managing business leads more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use and user-friendly HubSpot Sales Hub is; anyone can become an expert in a short time. I also like how it integrates with every software we use, connecting our entire tech stack through many plugins. This integration reduces the amount of time I spend switching back and forth and manually entering data, saving me dozens to hundreds of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one part that could be improved is more advancements to the sequencing aspect, currently there are some challenges salespeople face that a sequence cannot be easily edited once it has been started or prospects are enrolled. There are also limitations around bulk enrollments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage customer relationships at scale, saving me dozens to hundreds of hours by reducing manual data entry through seamless integrations.

One thing I find challenging about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of its advanced features can be complex to set up, especially automation and reporting for larger teams. Occasionally, certain customizations feel limited unless you upgrade to higher-tier plans, which can be restrictive for smaller businesses. Additionally, the abundance of features can sometimes make the interface feel overwhelming at first.

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve challenges related to managing leads, tracking deals, and maintaining consistent communication with prospects. By centralizing contact information, automating follow-ups, and providing clear reporting, it reduces manual work and ensures that no opportunities are missed. This benefits me by saving time, improving organization, and giving better visibility into the sales pipeline, which ultimately helps me close deals more efficiently.

The problem that HubSpot Sales Hub is solving and how it is benefiting me is that it's streamlining all sales functions into one Sales Hub.
Intuitive CRM with Seamless Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is very intuitive and easy to use. I'm in a new role, and even though it's my first time using HubSpot, I'm only on week three and already feel very confident with all of its inner workings. I enjoy creating tasks because it helps me stay on track with leads. The notes option is great for making sure I'm tracking notes on different stages within the pipeline. Also, being able to look at reports lets me see what the rest of my team is doing, which ensures I'm also on track with them. The initial setup was very easy, requiring just a short amount of time to go through the steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still new to it, so I think there are things that I'm still trying to figure out. So maybe if it could, like, intuitively signal to me to check out different options that I might not know about, knowing it should be able to understand that I'm, like, a new user, so I have a new account. So I think if you guys were able to make those suggestions for me in real time, for things that I'm not using that you think might be helpful, that'd be beneficial.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for tracking lead stages, maintaining notes, and communicating efficiently. It helps me stay organized, avoid disorganization, and set reminders to track leads. It eliminates the inefficiency of opening multiple tabs for communication, streamlining my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I need a quick way to understand what is happening across the team’s pipeline. HubSpot Sales Hub makes that easier because I can open the dashboard and immediately see how many deals are active, which stages they are in, and what activities the reps have completed. Instead of asking everyone for updates, I can review the information directly in the system and get a realistic picture of the week’s progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
When building dashboards, some metrics require extra configuration before they show the exact view you want. It works well once set up, but it can take some time to organize reports the way management prefers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of unclear pipeline visibility. With all deals and activities recorded in the CRM, it becomes easier to understand where opportunities are slowing down and where the team is performing well. This makes sales reviews more productive and helps guide coaching conversations with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
