Super Efficient and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can schedule multiple sequences for a set time and date and be able to edit each individually to make them more personal. It's also very easy to monitor how my team is performing by looking at the live dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can't enrol more than 50 people into a sequence at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
extremely easy to keep track of my leads through the pipeline- makes sure I don't miss anything by visually looking at the pipeline and attaching tasks for follow ups.

Hubspot Sales Hub makes easy work of streamlining Sales Processes.
What do you like best about the product?
Every aspect of the Sales Hub is quite impressive starting from the contact enrollment and till the seamless Deal Process. The Task Management feature is time saving for me especially.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Many, but i would like to see few more granular reporting features. That would definitely help smaller organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless navigation of sales funnel along with automation features and the detailed description of each contact with every minute activity being captured to the core is something really useful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations, especially with Gmail, Google calendar... Love the sequences feature where you can write a series of emails adapted to the recipient using tokens as the name, company, social media post ... so on.
Another feature I find essential is the "meetings" since you can share a link or even have it in your signature to invite your prospects to select a fitting time for a 1to1, you can edit how long the meeting can be and your working hours, plus since it synchronizes with your google calendar when that slot is not available it doesn't show.
I've used the email outbound for specific campaigns and it worked perfectly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The new version of tasks, I prefer to be sent an email per task, that new bar is a little annoying. Since it's the central tool of my daily work when it has a simple lag it affects all my team.

Now I have all my contacts properly followed up and a real forecast of my pipe.
I'm not very fan of having desktop notifications but the possibility is there. You are really up to date with your deals.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very versatile and trustworthy, it is important to have it properly integrated with Gmail to have feedback on mail tracking and else. I love the calendar function for the customers to choose their own time.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot CRM helps me organize sales pipeline, stay on top of my deals, don't miss any tasks, and have an overview of my KPIs. I can also track the performance of my emails and sequences.

What do you dislike about the product?
Writing emails directly from HubSpot could be improved. I don't have automatic sentence completion, and sometimes the email structure completely changes when I send an email out (e.g., lines and paragraphs are too compressed).

Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice to new HubSpot users is: Complete the training, make a sales funnel plan, and just start using it. Make sure all your contacts have the correct life cycle stage, lead status, and lead source.
Start with a limited contact list; once you understand the funnel and most important properties, import the rest of your contacts.

Good CRM, still laggy sometimes and some features are not comfortable to use.

Live chat, tickets system, reports, sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app. It is not possible to check/reply tickets. Live chat is also laggy. Sometimes you get message only after few minutes while client is already gone. There are also features that we need, but they are not yet developed. Some features are hard to manage or understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Live chat, tickets system, reports, sequences. It helps as you do not need to create your own CRM, live chat, etc. You get almost everything in one place.

If you need almost everything in one place Hubspot is good option.

The mobile app has less functionality than ideal

The ability to accurately track activity on customers across a wide base, and to ensure transparency between multiple business developers. Benefits revolve around transparency and ability to ensure accountability
I find it much more comfortable than the other CRM providers, yet it's not perfect

Templates are the best part - help "writing" emails so much quicker - really enjoy the ease.

I am not a fan of the deals page and I don't like the phone for the person is up by the person name in the contact page.

Hubspot I use as an actual CRM vs what my company calls their CRM.
