What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Hubspot Sales CRM since its inception. I have watched it evolve over the past 10 years in amazement. The thing I like most about Sales Hub is Sequences and Templates. I am able to easily build a drip campaign and send it out in an automated fashion to all my prospects. The best feature of sequences is the stop on reply. I've trialed many other CRMs over the years and Hubspot is one of the only platforms to figure this out and its importance for sales professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mean there is honestly not a lot to dislike with Hubspot Sales Hub. If I had to pick one thing it would be email notifications. If you have the browser extension or email plugin, those notifications can become quite annoying. I however don't use either and just use Hubspot to send out my emails which enables me to avoid the annoyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I'm solving with Sales Hub is Automation and Deal Tracking. Automation helps me reach me more people with less effort. Deal Tracking is helping me keep my pipeline up to date and know exactly what is coming in for sales.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to automate a sequence to keep tracking of what prospects I've reached out to. Also, how many times I've reached out to them and what companies I've reached out to. It makes life a lot easier, as well as getting a status on what sequences are painting that picture with potential leads and what isn't resonating with them at all. It also helps to make sure that your internal data in the CRM is up to date with the number of bounce backs, so it can help you as a sales associate scrape for your leads or make sure your marketing department is doing their job by getting you the freshest leads possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that they could automate the added on LinkedIn connections as well as the LinkedIn Inmail messages. Building out the sequences can take some time in the beginning, and getting used to everything how it relates to the tool can be pretty tedious, but once you get everything up and running, it's all smooth sailing from there. I think if they could tie into the API that linkedin uses to make that process a little bit easier to automate that process it would make everything that much faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, the biggest problem I have solved would be the time by automating the process. I don't need to remember to task in salesforce every time I reach out. It has the dialed built into it to call my phone when ever that is one of the steps in my sequence and the automation of emails. Overall the process of calling/connecting with leads has been significantly simplified.

It takes time to get used to a new CRM, but it's not on you :)

I use it like an HR CRM that helps me to visualise and keep in order all of hiring issues

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage my deals each month, but the very, very best part is the sequencing feature. It is so easy to build a template and then use their incredibly user-friendly sequence tool to create a customized sequence to work my database for new leads and sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
What is least helpful with Hubspot is the sorting tool for a customer list. You can customize it, but it is a little cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem HubSpot is helping me solve is by allowing me to see and manage my open deals list. This way, I can keep on top of who I need to phone or email, and I can use my templates to connect with a prospect quickly work towards closing a sale!

Excellent tool for sending sequences

What do you like best about the product?
Exceptionally easy to use. Dynamic templates built in. You can functionally "set and forget" the drips for each outreach, enabling a force multiplier for your productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations -- for example, if someone clicks a link out of a drip, but doesn't respond, then the drip will still be active. This is a minor issue relative to all the value they offer. Hubspot is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User segmentation, template management, drips, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
In terms of use, it is very easy. The CRM is easy to access companies. The call feature is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be made better though. The aircall connectivity in windows is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Amazing CRM for growing teams!

What do you like best about the product?
We essentially built our CRM database from scratch ~5 months ago. Hubspot has been super helpful in keeping up with leads (eg lists and custom contact views), quickly going through call tasks, automating follow up emails, and excellent visibility with analytics features. Also like the integrations and workflow features. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to automate a lot of things has caused some of our workflows to break down. Staying on top of data hygiene is crucial, otherwise there's high risks of duplicates and unnecessary admin work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Keeping up with leads
- Visibility on all my contacts, accounts, and deals
- Automated task workflow
- Email sequences for different type of contacts
