Hubspot is intricate, but so helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite is the ability to create queued tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I can think of that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had problems with dialing via Aircall. I have realized benefits in my productivity because I am often able to stay within one screen of hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how easy Sales Hub is to use. I've used other platforms and Sales Hub has a very intuitive user interface. I send out lots of sequences, and the sequence creation tool is the best I've used. It's really easy to customize and insert relevant documents/links.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sales Hub was even more customizable when it comes to sequences. I'd love to be able to do more edits on the fly to the templates I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to engage with a large number of prospects and track a lot of data about them. I have been able to see which prospects are most interested in our services.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is one of the easiest to navigate CRM systems I've used. We use a lot of email sequences and after the initial emails are set up, it's easy to send personalized emails with just a click. Tracking and follow up tasks are also very easy to use

Have only been using for 3 months, but so far, I can't think of anything I dislike

Tracking and following up my sales calls and all prospective clients in the pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is intuitive, easy to use, integrates with many platforms including Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migrating from Salesforce to Hubspot was about 80% effective, but not everything carried over as we would have liked. For instance, linking contacts to companies was not automatic. Neither was linking Deals to companies and contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to improve our sales "machine" through automation like never before. By tracking email openings, conversations, etc., we have been able to automate our target accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Completely organizes all of your leads and every single communication you have with them. HubSpot has helped us connect with way more people in way less time. Incredible!

HubSpot streamlines all of your leads for you. Makes reaching out to clients easy and less time-consuming.
Sequence Savvy
What do you like best about the product?
I selected Hubspot as my current company's CRM after a very positive experience covering a national territory with a previous employer. Hubspot's sequence tool has been a game-changer when it comes to marketing campaigns... I can write a campaign with a personal feel, choose the number of business days between emails and automate my outreach to thousands of contacts each month who feel I emailed them personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Hubspot is not HIPAA compliant because we are a clinical program so as a result, we can only use Hubspot for part of our business and we might have to transition away from it for that reason :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes it easy for Lantana Recovery to organize our customers into companies and contact lists, keep track of clients moving through our pipeline from initial contact to close, and easily stay in contact with customers and prospects. We also love pre-writing template responses to FAQs so we can expedite follow up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and scoring have become a breeze with all the available integrations, list capabilities, etc. One thing that has taken my process to the next level is the ability to integrate scoring into workflows which allows me to automate the nurture process.

utilizing 3rd party integrations takes this platform to the next level.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation email option when making my sequences in hubspot. Every sales person should use Hubspot

Not being able to delete a task during the task page when in the account profile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emailing multiple people and tracking purposes. Benefit: seeing if they are engaging in my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
One place stores and track all our contacts. Love the intergration with outlook, and the app is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
My only drawback is when I go back to emails sent etc it counts and acts as an "open" .....probably can change that on the back end but haven't asked them
