Great CRM for Marketing and Sales.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, accessibility, and less comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Everything is working perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales consultant, I create new companies, contacts, record all the conversations I have with those contacts, set up tasks to follow up, reporting to see where Iam at and how far I have to go to achieve my targets, call tracking, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend Hubspot for sales teams whether you are a start-up, scale-up, or an enterprise company. This tool will help your teams to plan, organize, collaborate and work together as a team to achieve your organizational goals.
Great CRM for Sales and Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for the whole company to use one system to work out of... Sales, CS and Finance
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the ability to link properties across different pages like Contact, Company and Deal. It would be great if there was a way that I could create universal properties that link and go across all pages for a client

Keeping track of a large book of business and having multiple teams use one source of truth

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of Hubspot has simply been the contact format and how easy it is to navigate through different fields and categories. Its allowed me to come in every day and plan my calls out according to who or what companies I need to hit for the day. Being able to work each contract through operation flow allows us to work quickly and to hit each lead and be thorough with the notes feature as well as the call feature. Email tracking has been excellent as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've disliked so far is how some things seem like they could be simplified within the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to build pipelines to new contacts and contacts that I may be able to reach through connections in hubspot. The company feature has been great as well as it allows me to reach out to multiple people within the same organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is great for anyone in sales wanting to get the underhand and headed in the right direction. Reaching leads is incredibly easy and well organized. Any sales person looking for direction, this is the site to use! Excellent work and implantation of email tracking and data tracking as well. it allows our company to share notes and comments on contacts as well so we have the mos thorough rapport possible when going into each sales opportunity. Our company has been able to thrive in sales thanks to the use of Hubspot and all its capabilities. Very good!
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The interface with outlook and the ease of use with sequences are my two favorite applications that I like best.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is a email bounce, there doesn't seem to be a way to offer an alternative email or Hubspot doesn't delete the email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to blanket many people in new markets that I am not familiar with which has been helpful. I have gained some new business by just a simple email.

I just wish there was more time in the day to accomplish more on HubSpot.

Problems solved are wrangling our funnel into a manageable lead and account list. We aren't missing contacting people because HubSpot has many options to set up the cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very friendly and customizable. I'm able to filter the deals and accounts based on many different categories such as "last contacted", "deal size", "owner", etc. to name a few. We switched from Salesforce to Hubspot and the experience has been much better overall! I also love how Hubspot tracks the analytics of all the sales from your team, which helps a lot when analyzing performance from team members as I currently manage our sales team. I can track based on activities, emails, number of calls, and various other metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where Hubspot crashes or my email does not log the activity. It seems to be more of a server issue rather than the actual product capabilities. Besides that, everything else is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better performance tracking, measuring metrics, and organizing the sales pipeline. I can track each rep's performance by number of emails sent out, the number of calls, the duration of the calls, and many others. It's simple and easy to use interface makes it the go-to choice for our company in regards to CRM systems. We've tried several others in the past but Hubspot has been the best one so far!
Quick and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's really fast. I've used Salesforce before and it just didn't seem as responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I need to click the "back" button a little too often to make the necessary changes. It seems like grouping the information you need on the right pages could be a little better, but generally it's very easy to update info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it to streamline the outreach process - generating e-mails quickly with standard text, tracking follow-ups and deal/opportunity progression

What do you like best about the product?
Email templates save me a lot of time and I really like that you can see who has opened my email.
I also like the clean look of it all and find it easy to search for all my contacts.

I'm still a HubSpot beginner so sometimes the functions are a bit overwhelming, but I'm sure in time it's a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm staying up to date with my tasks and contacts. I'm saving a lot of time with the email templates.
Simple, Easy and Automated
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple and easy to navigate. Creating and completing tasks in Hubspot saves me a lot of time and energy, especially when it comes to researching a contact or company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with LinkedIn can use some improvement. Also, most of the default settings are meant for Pre-Sales teams and are not necessarily created with Post-Sales in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automatically assign leads and tasks to team members is a huge relief for our team. This takes away any ambiguity and uncertainty when working on accounts. Also, having the ability to set specific follow-up reminders and creates notes on accounts is great for visibility. Ultimately, having all the data we need on an account to make our outreach more personal and consistent is a huge plus. Not just for our team, but also for our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The initial set-up and training offered by Hubspot are second to none. The support and product team take their customer reviews and recommendations seriously and are very quick to change or add services and products as the community requests them .
