Hubspot is my right hand! Sequence automation helped me a lot!
What do you like best about the product?
I like sequences created with automated emails (5x), you can schedule the emails to run at a specific time (in accordance with the time zone and working hours of recipients). You can check the performance of each sequence (open rates, reply %, booked meetings % from enrolled contacts).
The best part is - you can send HUGE number of PERSONALIZED automated emails. Contact can get unenrolled as soon as you receive a reply.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike logging in every call as the zoom dialer couldn't be integrated. Ofc Hubspot has its own calling system which logs call automatically but I prefer using zoom for calling and would like this feature as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound strategy, Creating brand awareness. I noticed conversation rates are higher.

I dont like some of the features like the main deals pages, having all deals vertically listed is confusing

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is extremely easy to use. The use of sequences allows for personalization but also the ease of automation. As a BDR, I lived on HubSpot. I loved being able to log in and see my top-performing sequences and the contacts with the most engagements. I found it super easy to implement a multi-channel approach as the sequences allow you to add not only emails but calls, LinkedIn messages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike. My only wish would have been to be able to export a list of my top engaged - so that I could enroll into a new, even more, personalized sequence.

Best way to follow up with users
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a product manager that wants to follow up with our active and churning users to learn the underlying reasons. I'm using Hubspot Sales Hub to automate the emails that I should send to multiple people at once. Hubspot Sales Hub makes this ridiculously easy for me. I can recommend it not only to the sales people but also product managers.

There's nothing in particular. It works as expected for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating different segments of users and enrolling them in different sequences to their sequences. I can see the performance of my reach outs to the users on Sequences, and I can make manual followups using the Tasks menu.
Very easy to use. Lots of features . I like it!

I like the features of it. Easy to use especially for those who are beginners in using CRM.

So far so good, don't see any issues. Great!

Sales Best CRM - can use it very easily
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and the features I like the most and the features are really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need improvement in terms of Meeting Call duration and the some new feature need to add like calling minutes and the task.

TO categorize the leads with the status and can solve the closer part easily.
