The possibilities with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized the HubSpot platform is. It is very easy to navigate and move from tasks, to deals, to documents, etc. The platform is super user-friendly. I can say that the organization, design, and reach of the HubSpot platform has saved me time and has helped me stay focused and organized to close sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setting of follow-up tasks for business days only follow-ups land on the weekends. I have to then move those tasks forward or delete them and start over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has solved the problems of organization and quick follow-up with clients. The benefits are that I can see the total spectrum of communication with clients from emails, phone calls, meetings, tasks, etc. It is super helpful to have all that information in one place to refer back to when planning a meeting or closing a sale with a client.

It is so easy to work with. I highly recommend this tool for professional email sequences

So far nothing. The tools are quite user friendly

Email sequences. Sales hub makes it easy to create seamless sequences to target customers

Sequence limits on Hubspot can't send more than 500 a day

Simply the best, better than all the rest
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, the HubSpot platform for CRM and all other sales, marketing, and content branches that stem from that is the most easy-to-use and simple platform I have ever used. And I'm not just saying that after using only HubSpot. I've used the likes of TeamGate, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Close.io, SalesForce etc and HubSpot is without a doubt the best bang for your buck and easily the most simple to set up and use with little knowledge of how to use a CRM properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is the lack of functionality around sequences, in particular the ability to bulk assign and manage tasks for a team using sequences. From my conversations with the support team, it sounds like something that is on the road map and I'm sure with the number of resources HubSpot has this won't be considered a dislike for much longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving user engagement and product adoption challenges. HubSpot provides an out-of-the-box and easy-to-use CRM with no real prior knowledge of how to set up or use CRM's in the past. Which make it perfect for beginners looking for a better way to prospect/engage and maintain customer relationships.
Amazing CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an excellent platform, primarily because it makes the daunting task of managing thousands of prospects simple and intuitive. As an SDR I have found their integration with Slack and Gmail to be invaluable. As our business scales, I am confident that we will continue to be impressed by HubSpot's nimble software.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be that the SalesNav integration can be glitchy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business needs a one-stop-shop for a CRM, sales platform and deal tracking- HubSpot offers all of this and more.

I like that I can insert contact notes, do follow up questions and then set up reminders

I wish that it had more of a support feature as well with a chat bot and more group chats with other staff

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot allows for a task and list creation enabling my work to be more efficient considering time and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the disconnection rate happens quite often. The calls drop, and I have to reload.

I am solving my organization problems and creating lists that improve work efficiency. The benefits help increase work output.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definetly use HubSpot because it allows for workflow and ease of tracking data and access to all.
On the Spot Calling With HubSpot Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the system integrates into assigning tasks, you can easily assign tasks to do, set up calls and emails to perform your work accurately, and be easy to use.
It makes the user experience less time-consuming, and assignments become more focus-driven. My colleagues and I use it every day, and thanks to HubSpot, our priority tasks get done immediately and in less time giving us the opportunity to attend to any other duties when using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of only the part when creating an email on a company or contact profile - There's no way we get the send button to send an email when creating one, and this happens when we create an email without being a template to be used or shown. So we need to choose one and then delete it in order to show button.

What do you like best about the product?
We previously worked sales via email and a Google spreadsheet. Sales Hub keeps everything organized for team members to know exactly what is going on with every lead and every deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest challenges with Sales Hub are the limitations of the paid starter version. We would love to automate more (sequences / workflows) but cannot afford to upgrade to Professional at this time. There are also some specific issues that I have added to the Ideas Forum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had no way to track correspondence with customers or to track deals from start to finish. Sales Hub has reduced the possibility of errors and allowed us to grow our business exponentially.
Understandable, comprehensive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly HubSpot is. As someone who has never used a CRM before HubSpot, I can't imagine going elsewhere. I would say that the learning curve was very manageable to go from a new user to a (somewhat) advanced user.
The features are robust, and HubSpot customer care is also quite strong, quick to respond, and incredibly receptive to feedback.
I cannot stress enough the importance of ease of use. Businesses are busy enough as is; learning a new complex program is not doable for many, so this simple to use but powerful tool is brilliant.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times speed can be a challenge. I know this comes with large databases, but even so, it can be pretty slow to load at times. There are also some features that I would like to see built in the future. For example, I would like more options from lists, have workflows directly flow into sequences, etc. These are nitpicky though
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem is that we are looking to have a centralized source of knowledge across a large team. The most significant benefit is the general organization of the group; everyone can be on the same page and use HubSpot as a "second brain" + task manager.
