What do you like best about the product?
Information on who opened the email sent by us helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such which i dislike about Hubspot. It has all the things which i need in the sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of reaching prospects using sequences helps a lot. It makes the life of sales person easier and keep the tasks running.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want your sales team to win you should use Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Frequences and the way to contact by phone calls. It's very cool that you can also see all the activity at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might add more functionalities os make it more visual with different colours every caregory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacting customers about missing info. it is really easy to follow the contact chain.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a very high level of tailoring to build what works best for your team. It's also very intuitive, which allows you to be quick. All the information provided with tips when setting something up is very easy to follow and relevant most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionalities that are missing and would make our lives easier - one example is having a property for "change in HubSpot score" on our leads rather than the absolute value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform allows us to analyze our prospects and automate a lot of the manual work effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
We at Glue Up need to offer our clients personalized attention, and the volume of clients we attract is often overwhelming.
By creating templates and sequences, clients get the best custom responses and communications without any time wasted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features are only available with the 'upper end' packages, but this is an industry norm. I would like Zoom Phone integration and possibly an unbranded video insert option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach far greater volumes and convert business quicker using Sales Hub.
Monitoring of my sales teams is invaluable and a good motivator and eliminates unnecessary daily reports.

Everything is in one place when it comes to prospect interaction

Expensive to link it with Sales Navigator

We previously couldn't track email open rates, web page visits or how engaged prospects were with presentations - we can do all of this now with Hubspot

This is a great tool to go for if you want to have a 'one stop shop' sales outreach and marketing platform.

Some times can be a bit buggy but most of the time works perfectly

Makes emails to many people a lot easier and moves them to different stages, so you know what email to send them them.

I love how we can all be in sync and share information effortlessly.

Initially, it can be hard to set up and create a working flow.

We didn't have an organized way to look at our customers and track their activities and engagement. We are now able to categorise them and target our products to their specific needs.
