User-Friendly, Intuitive and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the amount of customizable properties one can create for deals, companies and contacts. The filters that can be applied to these properties makes it easy for me to quickly and efficiently identify which of my clients and active deals meet pre-qualified criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I'd like to see, which I am unaware exists currently, is the ability to assign a single task to multiple people and to make tasks recurring (weekly, monthly, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization has been key! Our business is growing, and the ability for any team member to easily and quickly find the information they're looking for in regards to company and deal information has been great. This has enhanced the entire team's awareness of what deals we have in place, where they are in the pipeline, what notes and recent activity apply, and what next step is needed to move the deal along.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an all-in-one platform. The ability to create workflows, assign tasks and many other functions makes it easy for everyone to truly use it as a communications system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't sync with certain programs as well as others. And some of the syncing functions are not always ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to integrate Hubspot with email, our dialler, use it for reporting and tracking statistics is amazing. We definitely have a lot more to uncover and are looking forward to being able to fully utilize what Hubspot has to offer in terms of Sales analytics and engagement.
Much smoother and less time consuming than my last CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
The queueing feature. It makes tasks much easier to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that emails are stored in deals/contacts. It's hard to view email chains as they seem to appear in a weird order. Also, the email signature isn't flexible enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is not having to set up a deal in order to track a lead/manage an opportunity. Sometimes you want to be able to set up tasks for a contact that isn't a qualified lead (and therefore isn't worth setting up a deal for), I like that this is possible with HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use task queueing! It's a game changer.

The deals function has no way of taking the revenue off the beginning - we measure in units.

Better planning and forecasting - reducing the need for spreadsheets

A great feature would be allowing contacts adding in after a company is created to have attachments carried over.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has allowed our team to do outbound prospecting more efficiently and opened up the opportunity to capture inbound leads with their marketing tools and sequences.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the call feature, since I make calls all day long (especially since Covid and working at home). All the integrated features make my daily tasks so simple and streamlined. It's been such a great tool to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many dislikes. There are occasionally a few small features that I add to a wishlist in the community section, but nothing that inhibits me doing my job and getting results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team, we've all moved to using Hubspot for our marketing and sales and it's been amazing since we all had to quarantine and move to working from home, we've still been as productive if not more productive since then thanks to the tools that we have in front of us, accessible from any computer with an internet connection. I can work from anywhere!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much easier to use and more affordable than Salesforce. Very easy to implement and get up and running quickly. Great tools to stay organized and leverage your time to reach more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
How seamlessly it allows me to work from accounts to deals while tracking every aspect of my sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notes from my contact don't carry over to the deals automatically.

No problems really, just benefits.
Great as part of the growth suite
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use - and of all sales systems / CRMs / prospecting tools, this is the system I have found sales people like the most. It is also scalable with your business - which means it is a low initial setup cost. The volume of different tools also means that your sales team can use this system for most of their sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you grow the pricing can escalate very quickly, and the justification for the cost can become a point of tension. There can also be tensions if you are using hubspot when integrating with other systems such as Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an all-in-one marketing & sales platform. Providing the sales team with complete access and visibility of marketing results, helps improve the overall relationship between the two teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it is part of a wider hubspot implementation then I wouldn't hesitate. If it is standalone, there are better tools.
Sales Support Very Good
What do you like best about the product?
The e-mail tracking capabilities & phone call tracking. Sales support has been excellent thus far while learning the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I am still learning the functionality, I cannot seem to be able to print directly from the CRM. It may be possible, but I haven't been able to, nor have I spent that much time trying to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a large database of contacts. It assists with follow-ups, action items, creates quotes. Time saving benefits in sending out e-mail blasts, follow-ups, bounce back rates. I am sure there are many more benefits, as I continue to use it.

Also, the activity tracking feature is clutch for staying on top of your leads/ Super helpful tool for knowing when to get someone on the line.

Lack of Information in the Deal Headings. It would be cool if you could see the last meeting date, closing potentials or notes on the file without going into the account
