Easy to use CRM that makes makes my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy and efficient Hubspot is to use as a CRM. All of a contact's information and past calls and conversations are in one place. By enrolling contacts into a sequence and automating your tasks, you're able to reach out to them without having to think about it on a day-to-day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is anything that I dislike about using Hubspot. You can enroll contacts into a sequence which makes it easier to reach out to them every so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to use several applications to manage customer accounts. Everything is all in one place, which simplifies my job and allows me to focus on closing more deals.

User friendly CRM!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Hubspot's user-friendliness compared to SalesForce. It's much easier to create reports, workflows, dashboards, etc. Everything about it is intuitive, even for those who are a bit low-tech like me!
What do you dislike about the product?
A big downfall is that we're unable to see how many users are using features, like snippets, for example. Because you can't have more than one snippet with the same name, it can be frustrating to ask the entire company whether or not they still use an old snippet to determine whether or not we can delete it and take the name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track the performance of each Sales Rep, learning about what kind of deals/customers make up our ICP, book meetings, and keep track of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see who is opening my emails, who is coming to my website, automating email sequences, being able to score opportunities correctly, and tracking all interactions. Those are just a few of the features that help me to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike much as I have used Salesforce for 16 years before using Hubspot the last three years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads, sales metrics, scoring opportunities, who actually opens my emails and comes to our website.

Hubspot, A game Changer

What do you like best about the product?
I never knew I can get a crm that would integrate to my email and notify me when emails have been read. Secondly, imagime getting notifications for any new leads you get. So awesome right?
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Nothing at all. I wouldnt want anything changed in the hubspot system I am using
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Response management.
This has helped reduce the turn around time. It has actually increased my conversion by 65%

What do you like best about the product?
This whole system is bulletproof, and one can hardly mess up whiles using this product. If you put in good information, Hubspot looks after you and makes follow-ups & meetings a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that when I can't get to all of my tasks on the assigned day, they fall off almost into oblivion and don't continue to remind you to reach out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the follow-up problems that I've experienced in the past with other systems. The benefit is that everything is captured, including voice recordings!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend the platform as it's so easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated sequence emails look very personal to their audience. I get a lot of personal replies back.
What do you dislike about the product?
I run into tools I don't have access to!

I'm not using the sales hub but other team members do.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is very user-friendly. I love that is very quick and easy for sales reps to create and manage their tasks, add contacts, create and send customized emails, make phone calls, create deals, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I do not like is how easy it is for a sales rep to close out a task. Sometimes they have accidentally closed tasks that should not have been closed. It would be great if something popped up saying "Are you sure you want to close out this task?" rather than just clicked onto the task to close it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using workflows to solve a lot of problems like making sure a contact is unenrolled from a sales sequence when they become a customer.

- Easy to use (easy to train people with)
- Great video resources
- Reporting is very easy to do and create
- Support is top notch and help is always just a step away!
- Any time there is a bug, there's someone is right on it
- Lots of great integrations

- Not as customizable as Salesforce, but that may be the only con here
