Best Tool for sales and marekting
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy learning curve and has all the essential components as per the functions of the organisation

Need to have more easy way to add features- Customer specific feature adds

HubSpot Sales Hub/CRM is the best out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot has their own quotation tool which is very straightforward to use. However, they have many integrations with other tools like Pandadocs for example which also work very well if you prefer those.
I like the simplicity of adding new contacts/companies into the CRM. Very quick and easy.
Also very straightforward to make various lists of contacts with many filters to choose from.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the quotation tool had an easier way of adding/including VAT. Right now you have to add it manually but it does calculate it automatically, just not quite as smooth as it can be yet. However they are working on implementing this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wonderful tool to hold records of contacts/companies, send emails from within HubSpot and track deals/quotes etc. Made our sales people and the process more smooth and efficient.
Also as we have the hubspot marketing platform, the integration between sales hub and the marketing is very good. When we send email campaigns for example, it shows under the respective contacts who has been sent what and so on.

Simple to use interface with a minimal learning curve

Lots of add-ons required to get the functionality needed at a larger level. Great out of the box for smaller organizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customers who haven't been contacted in an extended period of time, tracking pipelines and sales opportunities

The system is easy to use and navigate. Communication with support was good.

I did not find too many issues with the system.

It is helping to streamline the channels of communication between all parties.
Easy and Efficient CRM & Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking combined with the integrations (I use Outlook) works smoothly. Additionally, the Task Queues and Sequences not only help me stay organized but also prevents me from having to use a separate tool like another Sales Engagement Platform. Also, the ease of administering and org charts are a huge bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike, I think HS has only gone down once briefly the entire 18 months I've been using it. Sometimes the email tracking attributes opens to the wrong person, but I'm not sure if there's a way our admin can mitigate that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot makes it very easy to add/import leads or contacts and house all of the records. It feels very lightweight and fast, which has made it great for new employees to pick up quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Experience sharing from sales professionals was very helpful. The courses I took were exactly on point and helped me understand sales in a better way. I am really glad that I look these courses as I didn't study sales in my graduation, but after taking these courses, I feel, I have a good knowledge.
Another thing which I would like to highlight is that they used a lot of real world examples, which helped me understand even better.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my video player used to hang a little this was only major problem which I face. Apart from this another problem which I would like to highlight is that, not all courses have a test. So you sometimes don't feel motivated to complete a course as there is not a materialistic goal in the end. Apart from that it was a pretty good experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me a lot in my daily job. It made my sales journey really easy. It also helped my manage my contacts easily. another point is, because of hubspot we don't lose on to any clients, we can just refer to our old contacts and reach out to our clients.
Automating with this CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I know there are many more features and functions still to be utilized and explored, but as of now the functionality as well as the technical support have highly impressed me and enabled me to make more use of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to see contacts task geographic State Property within Tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not know of any at this time to which I am aware of. There are many features and functions still yet to explore which will further enable our progress and Im sure I will eventually have learned more.

Great features functions and ability to automate, track, log and keep pipeline moving in the right direction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how organized my contacts are. You can seamlessly connect employees to organizations, organize your email, and prove that you are working effectively.

I like everything about it. I have no complaints.

We are solving an efficiency problem and an organization problem.
Sales Hub helps to focus in what adds value to your sales process
What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app. I get real time notifications when my customers/prospects open my emails. Very easy to read and navigate. Also the tutorials and the Training module (HubSpot Academy) are very helpful to take full advantage of all features. Some automated tasks -like creating the company record when a new contact is added, or creating a follow up task when an email es sent- helps you save a lot of time and avoid forgetting proper following up. The analytics feature of showing companies that visit our website provides valuable insights regarding the effectiveness of our SEO positioning, visibility of our brand, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can perform slowly when navigating and switching between options. When sending a tracked email to several contacts, it doesn't specify which contact opened the email (this could be implemented by automatically creating unique URLs per contact). It should not count an opened email when the email is opened by the sender.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The follow up process for all my business opportunities is easier to manage. A single repository for all the commercial information gathered by the Sales team: contacts, companies, past & present opportunities and interactions. Some reporting and gamification features help to engage and motivate sales reps, creating a "healthy" competition.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the mobile app as a way to have all the sales information you need at hand. Also dive into the HubSpot Academy, this is the way to reach expert level in an easy way. Is always important to balance the time you spend creating records and updating information, and the direct sales activities (calling, visiting, emailing, preparing quotes, etc.).
Very useful in my current acquisitions role, nice interface and easy to use features.
What do you like best about the product?
Managing companies and contacts is made simple with Hubspot sales. I love the additional features hubspot provides, email opens + clicks data. The tasks feature has also been a game changer, I am able to link to contacts + companies with to do tasks; this allows me to plan my days all in one app. Increase in productivity and daily progress with leads. I have reached out to the technical team and they were super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable so great experience there too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish their features were better/more thoroughly explained on the app + on the web. The analytic abilities are endless, but sometimes they are finicky- annoying. The meetings feature seems to work independently, would be cool if that created tasks. A, B testing is confusing on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contacts and companies has never been simpler, I am able to sort through thousands of leads in seconds and most importanly Hubspot Sales does a great job keeping my leads organized. I am also able to pull reports and see my progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis- fantastic way to ensure progress. Overall, I spend less time on technical details and more time having conversations with clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
10/10 as a member of a hardworking sales team it is an absolute must.
