Hubspot made our sales process so much better
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot automatic sequence makes our sales process much more efficient, especially for us being a small start-up in the beginning of our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features in the contacts list

Sending email marketing and sending emails to many leads at the same time
Great Tool For Deals!!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of HubSpot is how I can keep a detailed log of my notes, contacts, and what status my deals are currently at. This severely reduces the bandwidth it requires when handling multiple negotiations. Without HubSpot, it would be practically impossible to juggle 100 different deals and offers. However, with HubSpot, it's a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the HubSpot UI could be improved to encourage navigation better and reduce redundancy. An example is that I currently have to enter in a company after I've already entered in a deal. It should be able to assume what the company is, based on what the deal is
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of getting my sales down the sales pipeline. From cold lead to a hot sale.

Being able to sift through my contacts and deals effortlessly.

Phone calls that come through automatically create a contact that I can't get rid of.

I love HubSpot, it's a very simple platform. Great tool for automation of emails, tasking phone calls, time management, and marketing.

I don't really dislike much, maybe the dashboards can get a little messy

Hubspot is my right hand! Sequence automation helped me a lot!
What do you like best about the product?
I like sequences created with automated emails (5x), you can schedule the emails to run at a specific time (in accordance with the time zone and working hours of recipients). You can check the performance of each sequence (open rates, reply %, booked meetings % from enrolled contacts).
The best part is - you can send HUGE number of PERSONALIZED automated emails. Contact can get unenrolled as soon as you receive a reply.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike logging in every call as the zoom dialer couldn't be integrated. Ofc Hubspot has its own calling system which logs call automatically but I prefer using zoom for calling and would like this feature as well.

Outbound strategy, Creating brand awareness. I noticed conversation rates are higher.

I dont like some of the features like the main deals pages, having all deals vertically listed is confusing

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is extremely easy to use. The use of sequences allows for personalization but also the ease of automation. As a BDR, I lived on HubSpot. I loved being able to log in and see my top-performing sequences and the contacts with the most engagements. I found it super easy to implement a multi-channel approach as the sequences allow you to add not only emails but calls, LinkedIn messages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike. My only wish would have been to be able to export a list of my top engaged - so that I could enroll into a new, even more, personalized sequence.
