What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is visible in one place and it's easy to work with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of information on one screen can be overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much more effective workflow, easier to track and assign tasks across the team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be overwhelmed by all the features and options. HubSpot is very intuitive, you'll get the hang of it fast and you'll be able to be as productive and organized as you've ever been.

What do you like best about the product?
Learning materials and on-screen prompts to guide you
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit on the number of emails you can send per day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as our CRM tool and source of all client info. I like the ease of use. I didn't have experience in CRM before using hubspot but find it very easy to use and I like their learning materials.

What do you like best about the product?
Reminders, tasks, and sequenced emails to keep you in front of your prospects and engaged in deals. HubSpot helps you focus down important targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is somewhat lacking. Inability to do call or task queues in the mobile app is disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've noticed that I can keep track of hundreds of live prospects and deals with HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dive right in and see what is going on. Don't dip your toe. If you commit, it will be a benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is gentle and very easy to get up to speed with the basic concepts. The flexibility is great being able to set pipeline views how I wish. Finally it has all I need in one place most importantly email sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have more than 5 sequenced emails in a sequence. Our sequences are working well but we find we are limited by the restriction.
Also when I receive read receipts on sequences I often receive them at once and it is not easily apparent where to turn off read receipts temporarily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using hubspot to build a sales pipeline in a more efficient and effective way. We are able to automate and thus scale our cold outreach processes and take a lead easily from initial contact to a closed deal.

We are also using hubspot to be able to understand who has downloaded our sales material which helps us understand who the more interest customers in our service could be.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tasks the best. It allows me to feel comfortable knowing I am getting everything I need done that day.
Also, I open up a ton of tabs from my tasks and just work through them - it lets me get into a rhythm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hubspot can be glitchy, not saving call notes and other random glitches. Pretty much works well though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are bolstering our outbound efforts, especially leveraging hubspot a sequences and email tracking.
We have also made our response time to inbound inquiries much faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was more flexibility on the "queues" feature for completing tasks.

I'd love to have the ability to drop a recorded voicemail which isn't currently available.

Features like a "call studio" to listen to calls live (like SalesLoft has) or more robust "sequencing" features like Outreach has would be next level. That said, Hubspot is still very usable as a Sales follow-up tool.

Hubspot makes it easy to keep track of thousands of leads

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the lead qualifying system, as it tracks the history of each lead and all of their actions, allowing me to pick and choose who I spend most of my time with and getting me the best conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that I can't send one sequence to multiple contacts at one time, I need an upgraded version, even though we already pay a lot for this service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems I've been able to solve is the time spent on leads. With hubspot, I don't waste my time on leads that have a low chance of closing, and hubspot helps me sort those leads from the rest.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great way to track everything related to sales. From marketing to selling, to data management, Hubspot helps make it easier and results in better overall sales. I enjoy being able to filter down and create reports with ease for different sectors of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some getting used to, but once you master the courses, it is easy to get a grasp of. The transfer of data was a bit clunky as well, but once we figured out to get everything to line up, it was more simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having trouble managing the number of leads we were taking in. Keeping leads engaged with us was another issue. Hubspot has assisted us with sequences and working through a new workflow leading to sales. Overall a great product and so far we are very happy with our switch. I would recommend trying a trial if you are considering a switch. We looked at a few competitors and found this to be the best option.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well worth the time and money. I think you will see immediate success.

What do you like best about the product?
I beleive that hubspot is a Friendly CRM, because it is easy to use, it has Great cold email campaign tools. The sequences and the option to create tasks and schedule emails is great to do follow ups. It has a lot of integrations with different apps, which makes easier the creation and control of contacts. The tokens for the sequences makes the process of creating templates easier and faster.

Another feature that I like is that you can create reports, this reports change in real time, in this way you can see how many activities you have created and also what is the sales process of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to create static lists, the filter view somtimes doesn't work properly. On the other hand, some of the integrations does not work all the time, for example in gmail once you have checked a contact, you cannot check another one using the email integration, you have to copy the domain and go directly to hubspot and paste it there. As a second example, sometimes when you try to use Toky integration directly from hubspot it does not allow you to do calls, so you have to go directly to the app dashboard and make the calls directly from there. Other than that, it is a great CRM tool that I recommed
