What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place when it comes to prospect interaction
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive to link it with Sales Navigator
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously couldn't track email open rates, web page visits or how engaged prospects were with presentations - we can do all of this now with Hubspot
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool to go for if you want to have a 'one stop shop' sales outreach and marketing platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The columns where you can move your different stages of deals too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times can be a bit buggy but most of the time works perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes emails to many people a lot easier and moves them to different stages, so you know what email to send them them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can all be in sync and share information effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it can be hard to set up and create a working flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have an organized way to look at our customers and track their activities and engagement. We are now able to categorise them and target our products to their specific needs.

Automatization is much more easier with Hubspot and can be easily complemented by other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can always keep up with my tasks with Hubspot. It helps me plan my day so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer not to have my tasks for the future (weeks or months) shown in my "to do" until at least the day before.
Other than that, I am very happy with everything

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to do everything myself. I don't need external consulting people to change settings, add workflows and much more.
Very easy to learn, there are the academy courses if I need further info.
Gmail templates help me save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support level could be improved but they reply pretty fast which is appreciated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Customer Success, I enjoy managing my clients' lifecycle via the pipeline.
Tracking notes of calls, getting notification for important dates, like opt-out, duration from go-live etc. (via Workflows)

It is an excellent CRM that also allows you to see how long customers view an attachment, a catalog.
The call after click function is also very interesting

The email address is disconnected frequently
