What do you like best about the product?
How streamlined the pipelines is for users, easy to use and navigate and supports adoption for large sales teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Cleaner layouts and more information on the deal cards

More deals and filling in the pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Sales hub gives our sales team a streamlined way to navigate their day to day work, manage their deals, and tasks and make sure they’re taking appropriate action. It also helps give managers a clear snapshot of required actions, help forecast etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit more customization would be nice - for example breaking down prospects by contact instead of lead object.

Clear next steps and ownership of tasks and deals
Great inclusion of Gen AI in all the features.

Game changing with AI powered features. Bring more model choices.

needs a commmission dashboard to bring sales people hwo are left brain into a right brain action.

Hubspot sales hub helps me keep my pipeline organized and allows me to see every stage of my funnel with ease. Information updates so quickly across all platforms.

Sometimes the integrations are a little rough (ie zoom phone)

They continuously improve it. It aligns my sales team to focus on selling and works seamlessly with their other hubs

I wish commerce hub was included in it also I wish sales hub seats could be given to super admins
