What do you like best about the product?
On the whole, Hubspot works great for us as a CRM. I used Salesforce at both companies I worked for previously and had my doubts, but Hubspot has performed admirably.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could perform more efficiently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With templates and sequences, we're reaching a significant percentage of our target clients with personalized outreach campaigns, and are able to track engagement (opens, clicks) that lead to conversions
Best CRM for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences, workflows, and team collaboration. It's an awesome tool for startups. With each update, I become more and more pleased with how Hubspot functions. They are definitely on the right track and over time I see this continuing to adapt. It is clear that they know their customers.
How someone with very little CRM experience can quickly become an expert thanks for the user-friendliness as you start yet all the robust features you would need overtime to continue to push the envelope.

What do you dislike about the product?
Drag+Drop glitchy, can't connect sequence to workflows, and reporting on templates/sequences never seems to be completely accurate. You can't create a list from a report that was ran from a Contact record. I'm sure a lot of the disconnects will be resolved in due time so not too concerned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and collaborating between team members. Allowing me to organize workflows and lists for my team to attack as a team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Organize your strategy before you start to build it out. Otherwise, you will be going back to make additional edits to continue adapting. The flexibility to do so is great but that would be my one regret if I could go back in time. I was new to company and we needed it at the time so I didn't really have an option.
Sales life simplified!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reports and call logging features the most! They've made it so easy to keep a track of our sales funnel and follow up schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options available while scheduling sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Reports and tracking by management- has made remote working so much easier
2) Timely follow ups with reports and task reminders

powerful functionality and simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there are lags in refreshing and having to log in as it auto-logs me out but not too big of an isue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
email campaigns, lead management, landing pages, lead capture, pipeline management are what we use it for and it's helped us organize and optimize these facets of sales.
Comprehensive sales and marketing tools that help my organization achieve success.
What do you like best about the product?
I found that the tasks, sequences, and the integrations are what I have found most helpful with HubSpot. I can take all the tasks that are due on a given day, start a queue, and as soon as I finish one, move on to the next. This allows me to be efficient with my time, and get more done on a daily basis. I love using sequences in HubSpot. I can mass enroll up to 500 prospects a day in a sequence which can include automated emails, call or texting tasks, or one-off emails at the cadence that makes sense for your prospects. The integrations in HubSpot are numerous. I personally use integrations to send videos, text messages, send proposals, and send direct mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is pretty complex. There are lot of tools built-in to their offering. While they are fairly intuitive, it takes a little time to learn how to effectively use all of them. Additionally, it's expensive. Setting up your sales team with the best tools possible requires a substantial investment. For us, that investment is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to engage with clients and prospects. We know who is reading and clicking on the emails that we send, and have access to analytics for our entire team. We can focus our efforts on the prospects that are active so we can reach out at the right time.
Incredible flexibility with a few usability bugs
What do you like best about the product?
The task feature is an invaluable addition to my workday. It's incredibly convenient to fluidly set reminders for yourself, add contacts/companies, and change times as need be, all from one screen.
The ability to create lists of calls, track the contacts within an organization and tie multiple contacts to a single record/task/call/deal is extremely valuable.
I use the "Call in hubspot" feature every day, and it's incredibly valuable to be able to track notes on a call, use a dial pad and and save your notes all from a single pop-up box. I haven't experienced a software in the past with this level of intuitive user-centered utility.
I'm also a heavy user of the templates and email tracking features, which include options to save your own templates, use others within your organization, and edit those that were previously created and already saved in the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some usability/stability issues that are likely not core to Hubspot, but to a current build, or something along those lines. I use the "call from Hubspot" feature all day and it will occasionally throw errors, but they are usually easily resolved with a refresh. Slow loading times are also a factor from time to time. The UI could be a slightly more intuitive, especially when going from Contact to Company and back again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing cold calls into a sales process. Allowing it to flow and maximize touches. Using templates to quickly follow up on contacts and using tasks to time the next touchpoint.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to become as familiar as possible with all of the various features, as the software is extremely versatile.
Hassle-free CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Hubspot is its 'sequences' and 'task creation' feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some glitches. Sometimes lead status automatically changed from In Progress to New. Although, it's perfect. It still needs some time to compete with Salesforce. But apart from Salesforce, its the best thing in the market nowadays. All you have to do is simply start using it. No complications, nothing. This has been a perfect journey for me. Hubspot helped me a lot in generating sales for my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I'm solving is the sequences and task creation. It saves me time. Before Hubspot it was really difficult when i used Salesforce, it was not so user friendly. One has to learn it, then he'll be able to work on it. But if you're talking about Hubspot, its way easy to implement. You don;t have to learn anything. Just simply login and start working irrespective of your role on this CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is an amazing CRM system for me. I'd suggest everyone give it a try and learn about it. It'll help you in the upcoming future. I hope everyone can achieve success through Hubspot.
being a new hire and asking for access to certain components of hubspot can be frustrating.

What do you dislike about the product?
large health systems can be difficult to add based on the level of the account the ability to web or bridge accounts in groups more easily would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
