Optimal Sales System for modern Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I very much like the easiness of navigation, graphic layout and variety of helpful featur as templates, sequences and meeting automation. HubSpot is very user-friendly. At a glance you learn all the most important information about leads, can start a conversation with them and set reminders for follow-ups. Sequences are just great to get in touch with many prospects at once. I also very much appreciate the email tracking, to see if my e-mail copy engage the recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only see limiting five views in the "Contacts" or "Companies" tab as a constraint. There sometimes just is a need to add more at once and work on them during the day or having it still available after you close the tab, but it is not something that's bothering me too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot I made my sales job a lot easier. Faster communication process, insightful e-mail tracking and no need to worry forgetting about any planned steps (thanks to tasks, reminders etc.). It also boosted my productivity and helped improve my time-management skills.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As always, give it a try and test yourself! You won't regret it :)

HubSpot: The Best CRM for Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
As a Client Services Coordinator, the best feature of Hubspot is the automatic assignment of emails and tickets to the users. It makes our work more convenient and timely. The Tickets made us time-sensitive to quickly respond to our clients and make sure everything was covered. I also like the features of Notes, Templates, and Snippets. It makes us respond in a faster and uniform way. The Service Analytics Reports helps us also to monitor our performance and output and what is the timeframe when we're handling our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I can't see anything that I don't like with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is working well. All the benefits mentioned are being used and realized and I think the Return on Investment in Hubspot is high.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend adding more features because it's all worth it! Hubspot is the best!
Excellent Sales Automation Software

The ability to use templates easily and quickly to reach out to potential leads
What do you dislike about the product?

HubSpot is smoothing over our sales and reach outs processes
HubSpot CRM
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like the best is very easy to use. You can also assign the list to your colleague or your employee and see if they run out of list. It is also easy to add information for Leads and assign it to whoever you want to work on that lead. If you have a note on every lead, you can also simply add a note.
For me, HubSpot is very useful because I am working as a Lead Generation Specialist.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides of the HubSpot, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I don't see any problem solving with HubSpot Sales Hub. The benefits of the HubSpot that I realized was it is really perfect for the business to use since the tools are already there like Inbox, Marketing, SEO, Sales, and so many more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is what you really need. Whether you use it for personal and companies.
Hubspot a very usetool CRM software
What do you like best about the product?
All tools are handy. Hubspot is very accessible even you're on your entry-level. It can easily be explored by anyone who does not an experience on using this CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. I liked everything Hubspot provides with our business. There is nothing I disliked about this app. It's user-friendly and they have invented the app carefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our problem in filing. And searching for existing leads. It also allows everyone in the team notifies where the lead is when it comes on deal stage of the project.
Hubspot is the best CRM I have ever used and I have history with Salesforce among many others!
What do you like best about the product?
Email tracking. I can see when hot prospects are hot! Strike while the iron is hot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Supressed contacts should still allow sequence emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many I can't count. We have a marketing guy so I no longer have to send out my own marketing just let him manage HS and get leads to close!
Very organized and easy to navigate. Helps keep all tasks in line. Great app.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to ensure that I never lose contact with someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure how to make my meeting link good for only 1 week into the future rather than 2 weeks at the minimum. Also whenever I send a text with kixie it completes my "call" task on the contact I texted, although I did not call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily navigate through thousands of people and easily complete tasks.
Hubspot Sales Hub is the best CRM. Hands-down.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Setup
Everything you want and need from a CRM, without the technical overhead of something like SFDC.
Robust native integrations with most other tools.
Amazing user experience with a steadily growing set of features.

What do you dislike about the product?
Managing contacts at scale can be a bit difficult. If you have a high volume email marketing strategy, you may want to compartmentalize it outside of Hubspot at the first stage of the funnel.
It would be great if there were more reports available out of the box. We've had to build some custom ones for things that seem pretty standard.
Of course it's a bit pricey. But still, it's a better deal than Salesforce and you get great value for what you pay.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We increased our annual revenue by over 2.5x. Of course we're a growing company, but Hubspot has allowed us to scale faster, automate manual processes, and convert more of our deals into revenue.
When I joined the company we had no CRM in place. We were losing track of inbounds and deals left and right. I recommended Hubspot and implemented it in a few days. Now our conversion rates are through the roof and we aren't losing track of inbounds anymore.
We host virtual team-building events like Game Rooms, Graffiti Workhops, and Company Holiday Parties for corporate teams. Our sales cycle is pretty transactional with a high volume of deals to manage. Hubspot provides so many robust features around automation – like sequences, templates, snippets, workflows, meetings, chatbot, and lead allocation – so our sales team can manage a huge volume of relationships.
When it comes to choosing a robust CRM you pretty much have two options: Hubspot or Salesforce. Anything else might be cheap, but you'll hit a glass ceiling on functionality very quickly, and struggle with a lack of native integrations with other tools and softwares. (Of course you can get a Zapier or another 3rd party integrator, but it will NOT compare to a 1:1 native integration).
I've set up SFDC instances for some consulting clients before and it's WAY more tedious, technical, and time-consuming to implement Salesforce than Hubspot. Hubspot is easy to set up, can scale well with your company, and integrates seamlessly with all of our other tools like Apollo.io, Zoominfo, Shopify, and Wordpress. With SFDC you'll likely need to hire a Salesforce developer to build custom reports and workflows, as well as an admin to manage your Salesforce instance.
If you need advanced customization and have tens of thousands of dollars to invest in your CRM then Salesforce might be worth considering. In either case though, Hubspot takes the gold for me.
Hubspot Sales Hub Pro is hands down my favorite CRM. We're looking to upgrade to Marketing Hub Pro pretty soon as well!

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If this is your first time setting up a CRM, you might want to find someone to help you set up and build your reports, sales process, and pipeline.
Hubspot seems more expensive than Salesforce if you compare pricing pages alone, but Salesforce will 100% cost you more. Most features you'll need would be add-ons with SFDC, and setting it up will take a lot more time and technical know-how.

It's user-friendly and the app is quite easy to get used at.
What do you like best about the product?
For me, it's templates. It allows you to send emails in just a few clicks without having to write it down all over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times though, especially when there's a new contact number or email address that is not registered but the call and sending of email is made through HubSpot, it automatically creates a new company which will only result to duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I was speaking of the thing I disliked in HubSpot, it also has an easy solution which is, merging deals/contacts/companies whenever there're dupes.
