What do you like best about the product?
The best for me is that helps me to organize my daily activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are difficult to access, such as snippets (that are powerfull)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benifits are that my time is more efficiently used

I thought they did a nice job trying to make it more interactive, but ultimately it's tough.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations are fantastic - especially with regards to email tracking and email templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything that stands out as a negative - occasionally it can take me a while to navigate the site to find exactly what I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email tracking allows me to identify when prospects are active and interacting with my outreach, so I can understand their behaviours etc.

Simple to learn and with a ton of knowledge in the academy section for self learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the setup is a bit rigid, which is understandable for SME, however for enterprise client they may prefer something that can be more customised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a single source of truth in terms of customer data.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us in growing our business as we use to manage our company's interactions and relationships with both current and potential customers.It is designed to turn leads into sales with the email marketing, it provides a collection of rich marketing email templates.It helps in customer engagement and marketing automation.
It does a great job with blog marketing which really helps the customers to connect with the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it is quite expensive especially for the companies which are starting out and do not have a big budget to spend on the marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in generation of high quality lead for our startup.In person it is difficult to follow up on the leads but Hubspot solves this problem for us with its automatic follow up email, which helps us in high conversion rate.

It is better than most of the CRM's in the market today but it is on a expensive side so companies and individuals who can afford it should go for it

Too many clicks.... I don’t know keyboard shortcuts yet ... if there are any ;)

I don’t know of any problems that it is fixing for me... as an outside rep it is mostly just adding anxiety and overhead.
