Love the automation
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the automation in the sales portion of Hubspot. We are able to automate reminders and tasks based on where deals are in the sales cycle so that deals don't fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a powerful and flexible software so that comes with some complexity on how to set things up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our followups were lacking. We are solving the issue of losing deals in the followups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version is very useful but we upgraded to the paid version to capture the benefits of automation. It was priced a little more than salesforce but we were able to take advantage of some discounts available to us as a startup.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has everything you could ever need to own the entire customer journey from top of funnel marketing all the way to closing deals and retaining customers. I love how it integrates with pretty much every tool in existence to make sure that all your data is synced across systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one ding would be their landing page builder. Its clunky and really difficult to use compared to alternatives
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one system for all marketing and sales efforts to move people through the funnel and drive revenue
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth it! I would highly recommend HubSpot over Salesforce and other alternatives

What do you like best about the product?
Standard reports are good. Web integration is relatively easy to set up. Many options available with integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is the number of contacts, as well as the price. There aren't tons of options in terms of customizing the interface. Fields can be customized but it takes a lot of effort. Definitely not something that one person who isn't already familiar can do on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to have marketing and sales in one spot. The dashboards help give everyone an idea as to what's going on with other departments. Significant upgrade in capabilities compared to our old CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to ask every question to can think of in terms of customization. I was surprised at how complex it was in terms of what can and can't be customized. Just try to understand that before purchasing.

We can see our prospects engaging and researching on our site long after we have made contact
What do you dislike about the product?
When using email tracking you can separate (easily) your lead volume and basic industry partners

Hubspot has helped us track spending and ROI on customers to sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like most creating workflows. If i have a project to automate i apply to workflows firstly. It's good to have a deal based, contact based or company based workflow options. It's very beneficial to customize. If i dig into the features of workflow during the time of creation i discover new fields to improve my project more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can mention as a negative thing for lists and workflows is slowness. When i create a list it takes really much time to progress it. When a contact meet the triggers secondly it is re-enrolled after for a while and you can not predict the delay. It can be 20 minutes or 3 hours. I experienced it many times and i reached to HS support for it. Their answer was there are many lists that contact is a member and it causes slowness. Also i wrote to HubSpot Community that it would be great if we could create a note and pin for a group of contact in a list by "more" actions on the top or it would be perfect if we can automate it with a workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized a feature developed recently to customize records view by team. Each departman needs different kind of properties to use and view. So this feature is essential need for me. Thanks to Hubspot I save my time because i'm responsible to create a property view for new hired sales representatives in my company. I don't consume my time to create a property view for each one anymore.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend HubSpot Academy to learn more about HubSpot. Each department use different tools but sometimes we need to do something with tools that never used before by us. HubSpot Academy is the best option to prevent the ignorance of tools. I would give an advise to prospective customers to train all of the potential users of HubSpot very well. People need to know that some improvements are not limited.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to record my calls. I like how i can complete my tasks. T
What do you dislike about the product?
Make it more simple to find the details in the tasks. Make it more simple to filter Leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits i have realised is the recording calls. It helps me a lot to remember what i talked about.
Talk about Streamlining!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has allowed for so much automation that we actually didn't need to replace our Sales Development Representative when she left. It saved us a salary by doing most of what she did for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that doesn't work for us is not having the ability to assign multiple companies to one contact. Directors are often on multiple boards, but we are unable to efficiently track this in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency, through and through.

I like being able to see where the potential clients are in the sales process without having to bother anyone.

It's not as 'user friendly' as I would like.

It's a great tool to allow your business development efforts to be chronicled and referred to by the rest of the team as needed.
Hubspot has been a good reference for our members information

We are able to kepp records such as emails, calls, tickets and deals of our members in just one spot.

None so far though there were some instances where we were not informed of the new features and we were caught surprised

we were able to keep track of emails by creating tickets and segregating them in a pipeline per issue

Sometimes it takes a bit long to load the software.
