Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot sales hub is quite an impressive tool for all your sales needs. The UI and the information it shows are simple and to the point without cluttering your space or displaying unnecessary data. Do you want to see your clients list for a particular business? Do you want to keep track of all your client emails? Do you want to filter your deal card per region for upcoming orders? Whatever it is your need, HubSpot makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there's one thing I dislike, it's that there are sometimes orange alerts at the top which do not go away after clicking the X button, and they would pop up again if when you refresh the page. Although this does not happen too often, but it can get a little annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem it's solving is having all the necessary client lists and dashboards consolidated under a single easy to use interface. When dealing with multiple orders and people either through email or phone, the ability to track and note down information on all interactions and keep a history of those contacts is a great benefit to have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's always best to compare all the available sales platforms to find the one that suits your need, but if you've heard good things about HubSpot, let me tell you that they are all true and more. I highly recommend this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use and well integrated with most functionality that we require.
1) customizable meetings
2) Inbox integrated
3) sales pipelines
4) Live chat
5) website statistics
6) nice graphics
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Bit expensive
2) big learning curve
3) struggled a bit to integrate inbox
4) doesnt allow external SMTP to send out emails

Contact support, sales pipeline, and follow-up all in one place. Excellent templates as well.

What do you like best about the product?
SalesHub helps you to save a lot of time while gaining valuable customer insights
What do you dislike about the product?
An extra integration for gmail on phone would be gamechanging so all can be done from one app as it is for the desktop version! Besides that, nothing I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling meetings with clients can be a hassle, easily share a link to your calendar and it's done.

Insights on how customers engage with your content is amazing.

Automatic follow-up reminders are a huge asset as well.

Mainly I have been able to save a lot of time, also with template emails which can contain personalization to some extend
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always start from your needs. Might be more efficient when using G Suite rather than Outlook but just try it out. I would always give it a chance, but only when you are 100% committed to testing it deeply.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using HubSpot for the first time since I started my new role four months ago. I have loved it as a CRM tool to track my activities on my different accounts. I also enjoy its integration with Gmail, which makes booking meetings very seamless. I continue to learn the additional features of the tool as I keep using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it has many features that I have not used or integrated into my workflow yet. I continue to learn every day, but I would like to be using the tool more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a centralized spot for all the activities I perform to manage my customer accounts as a salesperson. I continue to leverage additional features of the tool as I keep learning about them.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it super easy to manage all of the moving pieces of our business - from the moment we get a sales lead to customer retention - there is a feature for just about anything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can be glitchy from time to time, especially in the Service department on things. Case management and customer communication is relatively new to Hubspot, so I understand they are still working out the kinks. They are, however, very responsive when we are experiencing any issues and are quick to fix them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization is a big piece of why we switch from our previous solution to Hubspot, and it's definitely helped on that front. We get notified of any duplicates and are forced to stay on top of our leads, deals, and contacts which is great for our growing business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a smaller business, Hubspot is great for managing your day-to-day tasks and any client relations. If you are a larger company, you may be looking for more features in a dense solution like Salesforce. However, with our team of about 50 people, it was a bit too much. Hubspot has been perfect and has everything we need.

It is very intuitive...easy to use and navigate. Has functionality that I haven't had before in a software product for sales

Probably what I don't like about it is what I don't know about it. Perhaps not fully trained by my company,

Love that I can create "tasks" and keep track of who I need to engage with. It's my 'tickler" file for business.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. Keep the track record of your day-to-day activity and keep your business leads on one platform. It also helps you to record your comment or build a task on your leads like follow-up. You can search the lead by name, contact, email, company, and many other ways. You can upload bulk leads as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no such things that you will dislike about this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep the track record of my day-to-day activity, I don't have to maintain excel sheet. It also helps you to record your comment or build a task on your leads like follow-up. I will get the notification through email of all my task so I won't forget to follow up on time. You can search the lead by name, contact, email, company, and many other ways. You can upload bulk leads as well.

Plenty of Horsepower to Scale Perfectly

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable the entire platform is and it takes away the mistakes and repetition you find when scaling manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could I hide my company directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes when I 'm composing an email inside Hubspot I'll accidentally close the window and all my text is lost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a good support and strategy team otherwise, you'll be paying for the system while going through the learning curve.
