HubSpot Fanatic!
What do you like best about the product?
I have found HubSpot's approach to marketing and sales, as well as the software, so refreshing, understandable, easy to use, and effective. I love it so much, and my co-workers know that very well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain drawbacks to the analytics side of things. They are constantly improving, though, so usually it is just a matter of time before you get what you seek from HubSpot. Their dashboard functionality, however, is a bit limited. Also, their customer service representatives seem to never understand the issue at first, and - rather than dig into the problem - jump to recommendations that don't resolve the issue straight away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my current company, HubSpot is used to support all marketing and sales activities. Even certain aspects of customer success/account management are performed in there. The tool has helped identify potential customers, see what works and doesn't work in our sales activities, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do you have the money to hire a full-time engineer to support your CRM for your work? If yes, SalesForce can be custom-tailored to do just about anything so long as you have a technical expert with years of experience to manage it (and it may require a team depending on your organization size). If not, HubSpot is the perfect CRM tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how quickly I get responses when I have issues with the CRM. Typically they are user errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unfortunate that I am unable to set a forget an email to be sent weekly automatically. I have to create an email each week to send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting more leads. Providing better customer service.

the ui can get a little clunkly when dealing with complex deals that have a lot of deals or users attached to it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of things about HubSpot CRM. We also have the marketing and website hosting as well though so that is going to play into the CRM too. I like that we can see who is on our site and what they look at. I like how it tracks their journey from the first click to the last. It shows all of the history in their feed which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
HS is costly, for the package we have. We pay $1000 per month for it so that is a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our contact database in HS CRM and use it to email, blog, track deals, etc. It is great for all of those things if you need a system that keeps track of all contacts and their journey through your sales cycle.

I love the Queue! It helps to stay on pace and organized. Is it possible to add more queue fields?

Hubspot would be even better if you were able to call 2+ people at a time like other CRM's.
I wish you could put New Leads in a queue from the contact list instead of creating a task to assist in the initial contact, especially in the first 72 hours that are crucial.
I would love the ability to send a template email to multiple people at the same time, for specials or pinpoint marketing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My phone # (with TMobile) comes up scam likely calling through the browser when I have made more than a few hundred calls in the month. I have incorporated a google # as a backup. Also, I have contacted Hubspot and TMobile about this ongoing issue with no resolution yet. Neither source can find a solution. Is this something that will be fixed sometime soon?
It is definitely a benefit to have multiple phone numbers to call from.
The details of emails sent, opened and clicked are fantastic in alerting you to what their interest is. Is there a way to get an alert for emails opened in real-time?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great product assisting your business with constant communication with your customers. It has fantastic tracking features within the CRM to track growth as well as anything else you could think of. The ability to customize every interaction is by far the best feature. Help with anything in HubSpot is just a click away with fast direction and solutions.
Better, more consistent client/prospect contact is a possibility!
What do you like best about the product?
We are not typical sales in my industry but just as much project managers. Sell the job, then manage the production and implementation process up to and following delivery before actions I'm responsible for are complete. That being said it makes keeping in contact with clients that don't have active projects at the time sometimes difficult. Hubspot has helped me track and improve my contact with clients that don't have current active projects and helps me to stand top of mind to both customers and tentative prospects. The ability to set up sequencing and reminders, or tasks, has made client management and engagement easier than in the past and much more streamlined than I've had in previous CRM systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time. We're also still working out bugs as to what gets task notifications and making them the most useful tasks. I seem to be getting task reminders to update close dates on deals that already have close dates assigned.
Any type of CRM will take time to manage and keep clean. It can feel like dual entry to a POS system but the info that's being tracked is worth the time and reporting back to sales managers and ownership becomes easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant engagement in a very busy environment. Increased response times and better service to clients. I love the sequence feature. I can set it and forget it and the system will remind me when it's time to make that call or send that physical item based on what I have previously set. I can create and edit my own templates for sequencing so it actually sounds like me instead of a generic sales email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it. Start small if you're not sure. Always remember to keep your database current and updated. Garbage in=Garbage out. If you work it, it will work for you!
Very useful tool for email marketing
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using HubSpot as a tool for email marketing for the last 4 years. It really very simple to use and can be easily integrated with Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is very expensive and hence not all the small businesses can afford it.

We do a lot of email marketing using HubSpot CRM.
Hubspot for smaller team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is fairly easy to navigate. The drop downs are organized in a way that makes a lot of sense and it is easy to get started, especially as a first time user. I am also very impressed by how thorough the support is- there is a lot of information available online via support channels and forums to get any questions answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the overall look of hubspot, to me it lacks a professional touch. But once getting beyond this, you find that it is a great tool. In the past I have only used salesforce, which I was very bias towards when first starting out. But, for our small team, hubspot is the perfect fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved issues with having a single platform to store all our information. Prior to Hubspot, we used a much smaller CRM that couldnt hold the amount of information and the variety of information that our different teams needed to collaborate effectively.
