HubSpot is a user friendly Sales Hub. It is easy for me to organized all my prospect and client.
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the information was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe, sometimes HubSoit is lag but it is understandable that it is on the internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me nothing major problem yet, but so far so good.

I use templates and snippets every day. I love having all of my conversations organized by tickets and it is easy to see where the conversation is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tickets sometimes auto-assign to the wrong pipeline and I wish that reports were more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing is that we can keep the whole team on the same page and see where we need more help and where we need to do more for our customers.

You will have all the tools that you need to stay organized and have effective tools to use with your business to help you grow and keep in contact with your customers.

Organization of leads - The DEAL page is an excellent visualizer of pipeline
I thought Salesforce was great.. until I used Hubspot. Now I realise it is shoddy.

Nothing at all, love it. There's nothing I'd change.

The ease of booking meetings is so great. Conversion rate is definitely higher than it used to be.

At first, it all gonna seem huge to understand. Since there's a lot of functionality, the learning curve is gonna be pretty steep.
Give it time and talk to the support team, they'll be able to sort things out with you.

Its easier to manage your contacts and keep track of the conversations you had with each and every one of your contacts.
Personnaly, I do a lot of phone calls, so the call, meeting and note functions are vital to me and helps me gain a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to get daily sales tasks accomplished and provides a tool to connect each department. I have used Salesforce in the past which always felt clunky and overcomplicated. We have a very small sales team and HubSpot's simplicity has made it the perfect tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it better-displayed meetings/demos booked in the program itself. HubSpot syncs with most calendars, which is nice, but I expected better organization of meetings similar to how it handles tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows everything to be handled in one place rather than separate spreadsheets, programs, and online docs to get things done. Very efficient and user-friendly.

Functionality in even a base-level subscription is robust, but I wish there were a wider à la carte menu to add specific tools as needed.
