Hubspot Sales

What do you like best about the product?
Most of my work can be kept in one place- documents, templates, contact information, sales tools
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still not very intuitive when looking up a contact or company- has to be spelled exactly right or it won't show up. This is a time-suck. Also, templates from colleagues are hard to find easily, I wish they could be organized a better. And finally, merging contacts or companies/making someone primary contact, etc. is cumbersome. For example, you look up a contact and it comes up blank. Then you start creating the contact as New and it says, "hold it- this contact is already in HS". Then why didn't it come up in the first place? Maybe it's just me being not as tech savvy as others but I find it a pain. And finally, I would like there to be a way to make some contacts inactive so they don't cram my contacts list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing is being able to see my Deals, past, present and future, and be able to make decisions based on the information (days to close, etc) that can help me plan my sales goals. Another benefit is having all email communication for customers in HS from my Gmail, so I know where to go to easily find all emails rather than having to scroll through Gmail. Another benefit is seeing how I compare with my Sales to my colleagues, I like that transparency.

Makes large amounts of outbounding easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences in hubspot are extremely helpful! It makes my cold outbounding much easier. I can incorporate calls, tasks and connecting on LinkedIn into my sequence, which means I'm hitting my prospects with at least 10 touch points. Without Hubspot, things would have to be far more manual, which for an SDR can be tough when there are huge targets!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism would be sometimes things don't link up properly. I can't put my Inmails on LinkedIn with Hubspot unless I copy and paste them and this can be frustrating sometimes! I have however contacted Hubspot help and they've been extremely good! They've passed on my feedback, and hopefully new features will be starting soon. Some dashboards I've attempted to personalise make haven't been possible, but that's because Hubspot doesn't have the features. Hopefully this will change when new things are upgraded!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to accurately track our deal cycles which means we're always in the know how our pipeline is doing and how targets are being achieved. Having all our contacts in one easy system makes not only our SDR lives easier, but also marketing. We can create lists which means all the different events we go to are seperated for easier contacting. We can also keep track of our meetings way easier, so everyone in the organisation is able to see the sales pipeline and how well we as a team are doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool! Using every aspect of it means you get the most out of it, so make sure you watch the tutorials and see everything Hubspo can do.

Turning 2020 Vision into Reality

What do you like best about the product?
The automation available through sequences and how much time is saved. I was brand new to this CRM platform, but it was fairly intuitive to use and it didn't take long to set my systems up to generate thousands of leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to create the sequences.
Email bounce backs can be delayed by more than 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the need to initiate the client follow-ups. I'm finding there to be more engagement, not in the initial email, but in those that follow that provide further insight into our company and our blogs.

Load times in page nav, going between each pane takes way too long.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize the "Task" completion sequence on a daily basis. It allows me to quickly and easily run through calls, emails, etc.
I also thoroughly enjoy the contact filters and the option to create and save your own.
The email extension is great too - keeps me updated
What do you dislike about the product?
I am responsible for updating 200+ contact/lead statuses a day - there is no way to group contacts and mass update their statuses, which would save hours of my time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me to connect with hundreds of potential and current clients on a daily basis with almost no effort. Being able to schedule meetings, calls, and even follow-ups in one application is incredibly easy and efficient. I am "new" in terms of using this kind of technology and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy-breezy and user-friendly HubSpot is.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend HubSpot to anyone, specifically those in Sales, Advertising, Marketing or Public Relations. Easy to use, customizable to your specific needs, convenient, good for monitoring progress

Being able to create workflows that automatically organize, arrange, and automate sales related processes.

It has a bit of a learning curve for new people on the team to be able to properly use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can set daily task lists and set them in a queue, this gets me through them a lot quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use Hubspot to its best ability you'd need a lot of training, it would be better if there were simpler processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generate a lot of leads through events, Hubspot allows us to upload these to the system and then assign them to individual members of the team. Making our jobs easier to chase them up. This creates so much more time for us rather than working through a spreadsheet, giving us a real benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is definitely a tool to help drive your business success, a very reliable CRM system

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has really simplified outbound sales through the use of templates, sequences and tasks. This automation has created so much more time in our already lean sales environment. Use of automation allows us to make building lists and managing inboxes our top of the funnel sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I listed anything here it would take me a while to think of something. Most challenges I have here are solved by workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demand gen. We use Hubspots marketing drip campaigns and outbound sales sequences to fill our sales funnel and qualify sales opportunities. The immediate next quarter after implementation has been our best yet.
