Hubspot has been a huge help in growing our Communications Department!
What do you like best about the product?
Having seen the Communications Department I work with change to using Hubspot from a different sales software, something I've appreciated greatly has been the Hubspot Academy, which provides tips and lessons that empower every individual in the department to take learning and growth into their own hands, rather than having to wait around for someone to teach them what to do. This has encouraged growth, flexibility, and innovation in our department, and has contributed to a culture of personal ownership in pursuing growth as well.
Hubspot also has an attractive design, and is organized in a way that makes it much easier to learn and use than the past software we used.
I really appreciate how kind and helpful Hubspot representatives have been throughout the process of switching to Hubspot and time that we've used this service.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there are things that I could find that could be better, no software is perfect, but off the top of my head I do not have any large outstanding "negatives" to share.
I suppose that there have been times that the sheer amount of what one can do with Hubspot can feel overwhelming, but I don't see that as a "negative", as Hubspot provides services to help individuals learn the ins and outs of the software, and Hubspot support team is eager to help teach and problem solve.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, Hubspot has lent itself well to encouraging growth and ownership in our department, and has opened new avenues of innovation to every individual member of the team.
Hubspot has helped our team with better organizing and managing contacts, enabling us to better serve the leads we work with as they move towards becoming students with us.
Both the ease of automating certain areas of communication and the ability to link that automation to prompts to follow up with leads, create tasks, etc. has also been revolutionary for our department in managing and interacting with leads. Far fewer leads have "fallen through the cracks" since we implemented Hubspot in our communications department.

Honestly I would recommend connecting with one of Hubspot's own representatives, they're amazing, and can probably help you determine or discover how Hubspot can best fit your company or business.
Great inbound lead management and CRM Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Love inbound lead management and automated workflows built around that. Hubspot makes its fairly easy to create, track and manage deals in deal board. Customizing our sales pipeline to unique steps has helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving deals out by date or quarter isn't easy to do. Deals stay in their respective lanes until moved into another stage of the cycle, regardless of close date. Workaround is filtering by close date, etc. Sometimes the analytics can be off a little and don't add up across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound lead management and nurturing. Analytics and tracking conversion rates within sales cycle. Much better visibility and tracking contacts, companies and deals throughout the sales cycle.

Ability to easily create deals, filtering deals is easy to get to what you need.

I wish the deals field would expand on the screen while you are creating a deal.

We have use Marketing, Sales and ticketing so that we can see all aspects of our clients in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Filters are an amazing way to sort through contacts and hubspot acadmy makes it easy to learn the system. I really appreciated the ease of the system and how user friendly hubspot really is. I could find my contacts easily and the data from my calls was easy to access and use to evaluate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the ability to edit more of the set calling features. I would love to add a hang up option for the calls because that happens in my line of work a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with valuable contacts and not letting them slip through the cracks. Before a lot of our contacts where getting lost, but now we have filters set up to actually find them. We are also trying to solve our low apps versus calls problem currently with Hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! Hubspot was well worth the investment for our team and really helped propel us forward to do what we aimed to do. It's so helped us approach our goals as a team and we are on the road to achieving the response from our contacts that we are hoping for. Also the help center is such a great resource, we have gotten great assistance from all of the staff. Lastly, we love huspot academy. I would recommend watching as many videos as possible. We've found that the more we learn from the resources already provided, the more we understood the system and processes to their full capacity.
Great Program for Team Collaboration and Provides Helpful Insight into Your Sales Cycle
What do you like best about the product?
The "Deals" feature has been the best for increasing efficiency and transparency and facilitating sales team communication. We are constantly using the "Task" feature to prevent any prospects from falling through the cracks! The deals forecast feature has been key for forecasting our sales and evaluating our goal progress. We just recently added the ChatFlow feature to our website and have seen great results by integrating it with our Slack program as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I may not be taking advantage of all Hubspot's features or using it as efficiently as I could. It can be overwhelming, especially for those new to CRM. I feel like I am constantly finding new features I did not know about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM has substantially increased our team collaboration. It allows us to maintain a centralized database and house all of our communication in one place. "Deals" is one of our most used features as it allows us to streamline the process of following up with prospects and allows us to not only organize our prospect pipeline but our current client pipeline as well which is great for tracking our contract renewal process. HubSpot has allowed us to automate our everyday tasks, increasing the overall efficiency of our sales team. The Deals Forecast has provided valuable data that allows us to be consistently monitoring our sales performance and identifying areas of opportunity in the sales cycle. Overall HubSpot has been a great CRM platform for our small but growing marketing agency!

It's a great program as long as you are willing to dedicate the time to learn how to use it efficiently. There are many different ways to leverage HubSpot in your company so it is definitely not one size fits all!

Hubspot can bog down and get a little slow at times using so much information.

It is a very simple and easy to administer program for Sales and Marketing professionals.
HubSpot CRM - perfect for small growing sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
We switched from Pipedrive and had a very smooth transition. The sales team loves how simple it is to use and the sales operations team loves how easy it is to generate dashboards, reports, and filters, with seamless integration to the Marketing module, which rocks!
The sales team is doing their own quotes from HubSpot CRM. Quoting works well, althrough still an evolving capability. Quotes sent from HubSpot provide visibilty to when they are opened and all of that history is recorded in HubSpot.
Overall, I am impressed how far the HubSpot CRM has come. The company is clearly making an investment and adding value with every release.

Need more options for quoting formatting, ways to show discounts (overall, by item, etc.)
Also, for subscription pricing need more options to show one time charges vs recurring, show first year vs annual, vs. total contract value.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to the sales pipeline and forecast. Ability to easily adjust/redesign/ and update the sales process in the CRM tool as the company grows, offerings, and roles are added, and requirements become more comprehensive.

I like being able to run sequences to automate outreach and create workflows. I love the pipeline dashboard

The sequence limit and the inability to edit sequences that have already begun.

Keeping track of all of my deals and automating outreach to get new business.
It's much easier for me to stay on top of a large pipeline of deals and make sure I do my follow-ups.

It's a great place to keep all the information we need for guests or possible guests. fairly easy to access the information and I like the reports

There is definitely a learning curve involved in using it. some contacts get added automatically and take up unnecessary space

The customer service and support is top notch! The response time is really fast and they'll jump on the phone to help out. Also, they create a TON of content, which is super helpful. The sequences is a good way to scale outreach and the dasboard is a pretty powerful tool to track activity and deal cycles.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need to really dig in to sequences, workflows, data purification, etc...the platform is not all that intuitive. It takes some serious hand holding or a willingness to make mistakes to figure it out. For example, if you upload some old contacts that haven't been updated, and you conduct an automate email sequence and get a lot of bounce backs, there isn't a simple/intuitive way to remove those old contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just need a place to track customers, scale my outbound outreach, and track deal cycles. The sequences is a good way to scale outreach and the dasboard is a pretty powerful tool to track activity and deal cycles.
