The Simplicity of HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is clearly defined by it categories in the deal pipeline. Its easy to link email, calls, and notes to a single client and most of all its fast - you don't get caught up with unnecessary process or reporting.
Hubspot seamlessly integrates with the Google suite of business tools and is real asset.

As an ex Manager, I also appreciate the reporting functionality that is provides the company on day to day performance .
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering takes a bit of time to work out, however for me that could be because Ive used more complex CRMs in the past and Im overcomplicating things from previous experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is easy to use on the road and can be easily accessed and used on the fly after a client meeting. Easy task menus and notes from the mobile or other device.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, its far easier than many CRMs on the market

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of use and flexibility of filters, options and settings. It's really easy to keep it updated, organized as well as use it
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I am not so fond of is the price i guess? The main feature that allows you to send multiple sequences in just one click is pretty costly. Other than that the platform is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of keeping track of communication, reaching out to new leads and updating the database of contacts. With Hubspot, its very easy to do.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great quality and price balance. Consider if you are a small or large company. Easy to use, keep updated, keep track of changes, work in team and reach out to new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tasks section the best because i can fly through emails. Also I like how you can send sequences and the reply emails are sent automatically. One thing that I do not like is that I have to individually enroll every singly contact into a sequence. It would be so much efficient to just click one button and have the CRM automatically enroll all the selected contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more reports based on who is engaging with my emails. I have the Google chrome plug in and see exactly who opened and clicked on any links. I wish that I could sort based on quantity of open, link clicks, and even more reports based on email engagement. I would really like to filter through contacts based on how they are engaging with my communications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really don't like how there is a maximum number of emails allowed to be sent per day. Instead of sending emails through Hubspot like I normally do, I have to copy and paste email addresses and then send them through Gmail. I don't know why you would have a maximum.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend going though the tutorial videos that Kyle Jepson makes. I was accredited with a HubSpot certificate and was able to hit the ground running on my first day because I knew exactly was going on with the company in regards to what CRM we are using. It was very helpful and I am glad that I took the time to complete the program.

What do you like best about the product?
I can worry about adding clients and setting the sequences and it does the work for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a 150 person limit on the lower account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can contact far more people in a day because the emails are automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this often for emailing clients.

Amazing insight into our marketing and sales efforts

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Hubspot puts everything into a single platform. It allows our sales team and marketing team to be able to work together to improve our channels.
I love the fact that it nurtures leads, we have it pretty dialed in at this point, to where our emails are automated and lead nurturing. It allows us to convert more sales.

i also really like the dashboard and reporting, it allows us to see which marketing channels provide the best ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be amazing if Hubspot was able to pull recorded calls for incoming calls from Vonage. I wish there was an easier way to track ROI; as in implementing tracking for profit made per sales and channel that back to the proper channel. RIght now we do that manually.

I really hate their mobile app, as well as mobile browser app. This is an area they can greatly improve in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows mangement to review every single contact and the engagement that the sales agents have with clients and that allows management the ability to coach and help the agent to help them sell more.

We have been able to close 10-15% sales due to the fact that hubspot nurtures our leads for us. It is very organized and helps the agents spend more time selling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you consider using Hubspot, make sure you take the time, and implement everything properly and give it time to do the job. it will nurture your leads and start helping you convert.

What do you like best about the product?
Sequence is one of my favorite features, as this helps me send out multiple emails/communication in just a matter of minutes. Another great thing about hubspot is keeping track of a contacts progress and communication, this helps with our staff stay aware of whats going on with a customers account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notes that are entered in our shopify orders, are not transmitting to hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once our company has starting using hubspot, we seen a huge increase in our sales. We are a company of over 2,000 customers and 8,000 contacts with only 6 employees. Hubspot became our sales team and we are now able to reach out to most of all our customers in about a matter of a week.

Great tool for managing production

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an excellent tool for keeping track of my workflow and monitor my team's progress. It is great for juggling multiple projects and visually showing the lifecycle of our projects. The ability to leave notes, email, set tasks, and tag colleagues are crucial to communication and keeping track of progress.
The automated workflows make my life easier as I do not have to manually assign out projects to my 35 team members.
I like that the comments in deals can be in a thread. It makes it more like an email thread.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer it if Hubspot was more customizable. There are many fields that do not apply to my job that I would love to hide from my view.
I have never used another type of CRM so I do not know how Hubspot would compare.
I do not like that the email tagging feature was recently changed. It now says "John Smith mentioned you in a comment" instead of showing the actual message within the note.
The API seems to have a mind of its owner sometimes although I do recognize that could be attributed to human error. But Hubspot should be made for the least tech-savvy people in order to make it accessible to the masses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With over 200+ projects to monitor at any given time, Hubspot makes it possible to see my team progress in an easy snapshot.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very convenient and saves me time when sending emails to multiple people. I love that I can see who is opening my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the formatting between Hubspot and my Outlook stayed the same with a copy and paste.

Sequences are effective for sales!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to set up sequences for my clients in order to stay up to date on their needs and their point of contact. I am taking a maternity leave soon and it was quick and effective to set up a sequence to let my clients know and help them place orders before I am out of the office. The chat feature is extremely helpful and useful in communicating with clients and getting projects started. I enjoyed watching the informational videos and testing my knowledge with the tests found at the end of the lessons.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides. Since you can customize every sequence to fit your needs it is in your advantage to make the sequence work to your advantage. When I started I found some downsides, mainly due to not knowing how to utilize the system best. After taking the training courses and tests online I found that I knew a lot more about the website navigation and was able to utilize many features of HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have only been working for my company for 4 months and HubSpot was a great tool to utilize in my transition. I was able to let all my clients know that I was their new account representative easily and effectively. HubSpot is a great source to keep up communication between client and account representatives, as well as have a spot to update all current information of clients/contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great tool for sales teams! it is in your best interest to utilize the training videos and tests to gain knowledge on how to best use HubSpot. You are as successful with this tool as the time you put into it.

What do you like best about the product?
The CRM manages the daily task for me that would normally take me hours to complete. The extra time give me the mental space to focus on meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how HubSpot requires you to go back to the home page to start every new contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have saved so much time and we have been able to track the touch points with our prospects.
