Hubspot the greatest
What do you like best about the product?
it makes work insanely easy. Its user friendly and great to use once gotten the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really, even though it's a fairly new tool, I haven't encountered any problems thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connecting with clients at ease, the data caption on it is accurate. The ability to merge companies and everything else to my personal apps has been the most convenient experience I've ever have come across. Not only does it makes workflow easy, but it has also now become my personal calendar.

HubSpot is an excellent online tool, but it also has many cons that a user never likes.
* It is a bit expensive compare to other CRM software.
* Sometimes, we face glitches and errors that create problems in our sales or marketing campaigns.
* Often, we are limited to use professional features.

When I set up a reminder of a lead I need to contact, it will definitely pop up on the day and remind me until I contact it.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it sometimes mixes up my contact number then I end contacting the wrong person from the wrong lead.

You can add more templates on a sequence you create for a lead

With Marketing Hub like this, all your marketing tools and data are on one easy-to-use, robust platform. It's great if you have the proper context to set the right customer experience. Also, marketers can keep data at the center of everything on the HubSpot CRM platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its CRM is an excellent and very effective solution that provides a call to action, and I like that. Also what I want is its marketing training and management.

Sequenced Email is a time saver when it comes to following up with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app is terrible, the sequence doesn't work on it, and finding businesses just like clients can become very complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage to save a lot of time with programmed emails, and I also save time with Hub Spot for my business campains, just like using it as a CRM, which makes remembering everything about your client's soo easy.

I believe that everyone that ever used a CRM in the work-life will definitively like Hub Spot over the other platforms.

I love using HubSpot for my prospecting. It makes it easy and very useful. I like getting notifications on who opens the emails etc.

I wish there were more reports around who is clicking.

I have seen the benefits of prospects calling me from my emails. HubSpot has been helping me generate sales prospects.
