Hubspot has enhanced my capacity to reach more people!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it makes Automation super simple, following up with leads and customers. The server is Easy to learn and follow & the Customer service staff readily available to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot is still working through more integrations with additionally servers and systems. The awesome thing is their team is open to feedback and new ideas so when we made a suggestions for a new integration, they got working on it ASAP so that’s was awesome and super helpful! I do wish they had tracking for emails through gmail app on phone tho, as it makes work on the go alittle tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to prospect better and move leads through the sales process more efficiently. I love being able to Upload and reach people in mass quantity while also having the ability to personalize each touch point. Additionally Hubspot has the ability to do most things directly in the server.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need help reach out to the customer support team - if they don’t know the answer they will find it and get back to your ASAP! Read the community forum as well and Hubspot academy.
Filtering Contacts and Deals solves many problems
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to group specific segments of contacts and deals based on specific criteria to an offer, marketing campaign or lead source. Also, filtering deals by Rep within a pay period makes commission payroll verifification easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to tie the Latest Lead Source (proprietary field we created) of a contact record with a deal....have to create a combination report (contacts/deals) with properties of both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're creating lists from customer records (contacts)to which we market seasonally. It's simple to filter the customer base and export only those fields you need for both inside sales and marketing.
Speed to market is increased with the ability to simply and quickly filter the data you need. The task of list creation can be accompllished by more folks within the organization because of the undaunting interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Client tracking and follow ups, we implimented hubspot to utilize the automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
disorganization of team members. Leads becoming multiples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems we have solved are not following up promptly, client emails, delivering on tasks and tracking data. We have realized the data and marketing metrics are insightful and we review them monthly as a team.

Give it a try we have had nothing but, success thus far.
Great CRM for email focused sales. I love the sequence and tasks that you can set up in HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the sequence feature within the CRM. It enables your to manage your prospecting cycle in a clean, automated, and efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could chose specific Zip Codes or States that I wanted to target and just call on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting lots of valuable information from a tracking point of view and it is nice to start to understand the numbers behind our sales and marketing business without running all kinds of regular reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure you are taking into consideration how you set up your data. That makes a huge difference in what and how you get reports back.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to track deal forecast, pipeline summary, and deal leaderboard as it's very transparent. I also love the fact that it's very easy to create new reports and integrates with Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inadequate calendar/scheduling functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot does an amazing job of giving you information to educate you when you are trying to educate yourself on marketing automation, CRM, and inbound marketing.
Hubspot makes tracking my sales pipeline seamless.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the transparency of HubSpot. I can communicate with my clients and team members on deals. I can also utilize the HubSpot application on my mobile device when I am not in the office. Others can collaborate on the deal throughout every stage. I utilize the filters on both contacts and deal stages to see exactly what I want to see. HubSpot allows you to customize your deal stages. I utilize both templates and sequences on the daily and that really helps me stay in front of my clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can get notification notification heavy. Sometimes I get too many emails. Every once in a while, I am unable to access HubSpot due to it being down. There seems to be a learning curve with every new person who starts at our company. I am not sure if there are additional training sessions, but I usually have to sit down and answer a lot of questions for those who are new to the platform. When I create a contact and someone else owns the company, I do not have access to that company and I have to reach out to an admin so they can allow me to see that particular company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot provides me with a centrally located place to keep track of my deals. HubSpot streamlines the deal process. I wish that I could unenroll a client from a sequence after I have spoken to them on the phone. I understand that I can do it manually, but there should be a feature that automatically does that after logging a call. The HubSpot app isn't the greatest - I only use it if I really have to.

Hubspot Makes My Job So Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use and intuitive interface. I also really like the support chat. They are very responsive, quick and helpful the majority of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if Hubspot integrations like Salesforce could feed data both ways. When there are changes to records in SF, it doesn't reflect in HS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot simplifies our email automation and is now consolidating our ad performance from other platforms like Linkedin.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing is the deals section. I love the way the deals lay out in front of you and are easily moved along the pipeine. The information visible is great! Essential and the the point so I know exactly which one is which by looking at it
What do you dislike about the product?
I get 'Follow up' alerts for deals which are even in the 'Closed Won' section. Not sure if there's something I can do about this? I've not looked too much into it to be fair.

Organisation I guess, having everything in one place really helps

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize filters and build out dashboards. Hubspot allows you to identify data trends easily. The ability to add several filters at once allows you to find opportunity in your data. Hubspot als makes it easy to manage a wide range of companies and the contacts within those companies. When dealing with a wide range of clientele Hubspot allows you to stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major that I dislike. I would like to see it make suggestions on filters based on searches. We build out lists, dashboards and filters. It would be neat to see if the Ai could provide suggestions based on previous searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding where our clientele are in the decision making process and more importantly identifying actions they do or do not take in the buying process

Hub Spot: Making Contact and Connections the Easy Way
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot employees a lot of one touch features and has an excellent record keeping system which helps to provide efficient and quality interactions. Being able to easily review account notes and records helps to keep me organized and prepared for each communication.
The email features, especially the sequences and templates, have allowed me to employ HubSpot as a personal assistant that creates a hands free way to stay in contact with my customers while providing useful information instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not identified too many limitations with HubSpot. If I had to choose a feature that I don't find much success with, it would be the book meetings feature. I rarely receive customer interaction using this feature but it has not limited the amount of replies I receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to improve my overall organization with HubSpot. Like I mentioned, having all of my interaction history readily available has created a seamless way to communicate with out losing track of information that has been covered. The sequence feature has been extremely helpful when dealing with multiple accounts so that I can focus on tasks that need to be completed while still communicating with my customers.
