The seamless integration with Google and its very user friendly

Nothing at this point - it is perfect for a first time CRM user

Call from Hubspot and integration with Twilio is also good

That you can't have a priority task list for certain things like closed/lost deals.

What do you like best about the product?
✓ Customization of records, predictive lead scoring, and list segmentation;
✓ Automation of business stage rotation, tasks, and leads;
✓ Configuration and customization of the sales funnel and B2B/B2C business pipelines;
✓ Sales analytics, custom reports, and forecasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of quotes and electronic signature: For companies with a high sales volume, it is very likely that they will need to use a third-party tool to create and manage their quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that sales directors face when implementing a CRM is adoption. Less tech-savvy profiles do not take advantage of the potential of these platforms because they do not know how to use them. Fortunately, HubSpot's sales tools are intuitive and easy to use, which makes adoption by their representatives much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub makes it easy to create, send, and monitor all sales outreach and deal progression in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from a background at Salesforce, it took time for me to learn Hubspot Sales Hub, but once I got it, the platform was quite intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to house our CRM and outreach within one platform is incredibly helpful and seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is beneficial in its user interface methods and is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to refresh contacts, and associations aren't always in sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that I am solving with HubSpot Sales Hub include generating new leads, associating new contacts and merging them with existing ones, and exploring new features.
The benefits I realized is the quick and straightforward features that the software has to find information.

What do you like best about the product?
Very Easy to use. Web-based and accessible on any browser and/or Operating system
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dont like is that I have to expand the browser to see all the columns. There are no scroll bars at the bottom. So if you are a new user you might miss out on other areas of work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows me to organize various stages of a sales cycle. Keeping track of notes, important contact info, and dates/appoinments

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use! Very little effort in learning this system!
What do you dislike about the product?
What is there not to like about HubSpot! I love it all!

My favorite feature is being able to see if my emails have been read or if a link has been clicked on, showing me how effective the content of the email is!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The CRM is very user friendly and allows for easy training and quick grasp.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. We used a different CRM and HubSpot is leaps greater than our previous in every way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to keep track of contacts and where we are in the sales process. Using Deals it is easy to keep track of our Qualified pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many business/marketing/sales tools for creating efficient inbound & outbound strategies. I like the possibility of creating email sequences - it made my working day more productive and well-organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I cannot recall anything that I dislike about the tool; I am very satisfied with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work routine involves a significant quantity of cold emails, which mayh become chaotic without proper organization. HubSpot helps me keep and process my leads in a very organized manner, easily filter/ segment them in any way I wish, store and share information with the team, follow up on the past leads activities, create inspiring emails using tips, analyze the performance of different email scripts (reply rate/ open rate/ click rate etc.) and many more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely go for it!
