What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when someone opens my email. This has allow me to keep a track on all of my follow ups and have a better understanding when to get back with someone in order to call them or even send a second email.
When it comes to tasks usage I loved the fact that I can choose customer dates and not only the pre dates selected. This enables me to keep myself more organized and do not miss any appointment call or follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a way to gray out any time frame already selected for a task so you don't put 2 tasks at the same date and time by mistake. Since I call a lot of companies every day is hard to keep track of the time entered for the next follow up since I can put the same time for every single of them. I think that by graying out the time frame for a task should help the way of being organize and help me not put 10 calls at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting in contact with over 40 companies daily and completing follow ups within 3 business days. This means that all promises of a callback are being fulfilled and I have a good impression with all of my clients. I have also realized that keeping track of who sees my email really gives me a good idea as to when to call again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to explore all the options available so you don't miss out on any features available to you. Make sure to bring the full potential of this amazing tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed ability to filter and the detailed ability to organize everything in one place. It's a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a lot of international calls cannot be placed through here and I don't like that it can be glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to be more organized when I am selling, which leads to more sales for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is so intuitive, the user-interface is great and easy to use. It's very easy to enroll customers in sequences and log / track their responses when they come back to you. I've used a couple different CRMs and hubspot is easily my favorite thus far. In the past, I used to use Oracle's Fusion and it was incredibly slow to use. Hubspots is a lot faster. Oracle's was so bad that I simply turned to use excel docs to track my activity and I was always forgetting to follow up with customers that it would be a problem. This platform is simple - I would recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM for their company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't run into a ton of issues. I suppose one thing that's kind of frusterating is that it will randomly go down / stop working. This doesn't happen all that often but when it does it's kind of a nuisance. Even when it happens though, Hubspot sends out an email saying that they're working on a fix to the problem so even then it's not like its an unknown issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With respect to problems that HubSpot is solving - I used to rely on excel spreadsheets to track all my activity with customers. This platform makes it ridiculously easy to log activity, create tasks to follow up with customers, and ensure that you're staying on top of customers all the way up until the deal closes. Benefits on top of that is all the 'deal' features and different properties you can associate to customers and their respective deals.

Highly recommend - it really is a great platform. Very intuitive and easy to use.


Helps me track my 350+ clients

What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to integrate Hubspot with another internal tool that we use here at Handbid to generate proposals and contracts exactly the way we need them to render.
Also, with Tasks -- I am able to accurately keep up with all of my leads and the deals associated with those leads. We built a flow that mirrors the sales cycle (i.e. initial contact, demo, proposal, follow up and close, needs contract, contract sent, closed or lost). We are able to track the reason for the win or the loss of the deal, which is good for marketing purposes. This is especially important because one of the reasons why we might lose a deal is because the client just needs to use our software every other year. We need an accurate way of tracking these clients so that we can reach out again in a year's time.
Recently, I have been implementing email sequences, which has been easy to set up and serves as another time saver and tool to re-engage a lead. The Hubspot templates are key in sequencing and just initial response.
If a client fills out a form from our website, and I am assigned a lead, I am sent a text message and an email -- so these are difficult to miss. We -- here at Handbid -- believe in responding to new leads within 1 hour or less. This response time is very impactful to our clients and with the notifications that Hubspot sends me, this makes it very easy to respond.
After each activity, a phone call, a meeting, a task -- Hubspot lets me record this activity and track all of my activities over time. With over 350 clients, a tool to help me stay on track and -- quite frankly -- help me remember what we have discussed is integral to moving prospective clients through the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I notice is that if I take notes under a contact, then attach this contact to a deal, I have to go into the contact to review the notes. It would be nice if the notes rendered in the deal once the deal was created under the contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates are a great time saver. So many of our clients need the same information, so I find myself creating and editing templates all the time. Then, I will share them with my team so that we are all benefitting from them.
Another fun addition is the snippet! That is a recent upgrade (if I am not mistaken). This is a short (almost a tiny template) to be dropped into any email. This is especially helpful when I am writing a customized email message, but need to include some standard info as well.

This software is intuitive and will help you, as a Sales Person, be more successful at tracking and closing deals!

What do you like best about the product?
probably the email tracking system and the speed at which everything works . Furthermore the graphs make it easy to track progress overtime. Through the graphs feature I am able to compare my figures to my colleagues as well as my own performance from month to month. I am able to effectively track how many times people open my emails which informs me of who is most interested which is useful since I can chase those leads up. I can also see when someone hasnt opened up my email which prompts me to send again. Lastly I get prompts if someone hasnt responded to my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can often get confusing when moving deals from pipeline to pipeline. Sometimes I can get task reminders that I have already carried out and often on the settings sections it can get a little bit confusing which sections I want to tick. E.g. what do i want notifications for or what do i not need from the notifactions. If the wording was to improve it would be a lot easier. I think at this moment in time im not too sure of all the features hubspot offers and I am sure there are some that would significantly improve my work day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has 100% made me more organised, It has also allowed me to become more conscious about when i need to chase people up with the tasks feature. I have also realised the benefits of being able to access my sales figures from the day, week, month and the comparing them to previous years, months, day.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create, modify and use sequences that are unique to different lists, verticals or events that are happening at your workplace. For marketing specifically, we use a number of different sequences tailored to clients, prospects, in-active contacts and other parties that we want to reach in a customized way. With the option to add creative elements, personal touches and HubSpot recommendations, using HubSpot to automate these sequences has never been more exciting (and easy!).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely some additional features that I would like to see HubSpot implement, specifically when it comes to tracking, open rates, automatically group those who "clicked" into new lists, to make the journey more fluid. Thankfully, all requests can be made to a HS customer service rep or via the Forum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, HubSpot CRM is great way for us to stay on top of our lists, contact different groups, verticals, and niches, and grow our internal network in sophisticated way.

Don't wait! We wish we would have done it sooner.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple layout. I also love how great the sequences are to use and create. They help so much with follow up reminders and save me and my team a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would suggest is the ability for contacts to be attached to more than one company. This happen often in my field and it gets confusing on how to denote that within Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through HubSpot, we can more easily standardize customer communication through templates and sequences but still have the ability to easily adjust then to make them for personal for the sender or receiver. It also makes tracking activity so quick that it no longer takes up a good chuck of my day!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are filling your time full of activity tracking, emails and follow ups, this could be a major time saver

What do you like best about the product?
Integration of the sales and marketing platforms together with very helpful tools for understanding your contact database. Connections with other providers (e.g. events).
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to make the automations more customisable and easier to connect changes in deal, company and contact records using "if / and" logic.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that at all times thanks to HubSpot I know exactly where each one of my prospects is at in the prospecting stage. Everything I do on a daily basis (calls, emails, setting tasks/meetings etc) it's all in one easily accessible place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when I send out a tracked email to multiple prospects that it would be able to tell me which individual opened the email instead of it simply saying "someone" .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The day to day prospecting & customer farming grind. I live in HubSpot & when it's time to build pipeline into my companies NetSuite i'm able to quickly copy/paste everything over thanks to HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a fantastic CRM to use for sales & marketing purposes. Having HubSpot has made working with my marketing team so much easier than ever before. I am able to launch my own email campaigns & sequences, save/ create my own personal email templates OR use existing templates made by my colleagues on the sales side as well as from the marketing group.

I love that HubSpot makes slight updates & it never slows down my prospecting process. Just the other day they adjusted how dialing out pops up on the screen & although it wasn't anything major change wise, it still was a change that saved me a few minutes OR clicks & allowed me to 'power dial' when I wanted to.

I would recommend HubSpot to anyone looking for a legitimate CRM , especially on the sales side of things!
