Switching from SalesForce to Hubspot was absolutely the best decision we made
What do you like best about the product?
We love the email tracking with notifications on opens/views and clicks. This gives us the ability to follow-up in real time with more actively engaged leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the import/export process to be a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to better track sales revenue with the sales funnel and projected close dates more efficiently. This has helped significantly with our forecasting.
So much easier and better to use than the other CRMs out there...
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive, the tools don't require a lot of setup, and overall, the system seems like it's there to reduce manual data entry and show you data that you didn't even know you had access to. HubSpot CRM is quick to implement and doesn't require a big budget to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many updates, it can be hard to keep up with them. And, like most platforms, some of the most desirable features only exist at the enterprise level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS Sales Hub has allowed for sales reps to get their data into a CRM without having to manually enter it. Contacts can be automatically added through an inbox integration. Emails, calls, and meetings are automatically logged through connected calendars/phones/inbox. And, it's really straightforward to see and report on sales activity data and pipeline generation/performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you're worried about your reps adopting a new CRM, Hubspot is definitely the one to go with. many of the others are clunky and can be hard to find your way around in. if you don't need something overly complicated and would rather have reporting auto-generated than something you have to spend a lot of time developing, Hubspot is probably the solution you should be considering.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows me to segment out our database based on where clients are in the process, from prospect to closed client and everything in between. It also allows me to create tasks and such to keep employees on track. As well as monitor progress made with clients by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the price point. As a nonprofit our funds are limited and need to be used in the best way possible. The expense of HubSpot is not always justifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to solve moving clients from prospects to current clients to evangelists seamlessly. Also, the problem on knowing where the prospect came from, what they did on our website, and if they are opening our emails to them is solved by HubSpot's data tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider all of your current and future business needs. Hubspot should be able to grow with you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love pipelines. Now you can customize the cards by colour. That's cool. I also like so much mail templates and sequences. With templates, you can avoid waste of time doing the same all the time. Sequences are very helpful in prospect management. Not only save you time, but it enables you to deal with prospects better, in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the payments plans. I would like if some things were available in the Sales Starter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to HubSpot Sales Hub my company can deal with prospects in a high-performance way. They can spend more time selling. The sales manager also can see easily how is performing his team with the reports.

What do you like best about the product?
On the sales activity side, task management increases productivity. With the integration of Marketing Hub, all the tools are interconnected with the contact database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some setting nuances are annoyances and time wasters. For example, although reminder notifications are off, some tasks are randomly set with notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solved: integrations of other tools in tech stack, plus far more effective contact management and communication. Considerable benefits in more effectively tracking and recording contact engagements.

Nothing... I love it. I have no issues with this software.

This sales hub helps me capture all my sales information and retain and manage them all in one place.

I really enjoy the aesthetic layout, the ease of use and the structure.

There are a few areas that we would like to have more personalization but overall there have been no major dislikes.

HubSpot Sales is a fantastic tool to help with streamlining and strengthening your processes and communications with leads/customers.
Pro version, amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The free version is really good, but now that I have the Pro version, it is really amazing all that you can do with the sequences and automatization. It is an intuitive tool and easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have an inbox in hubspot, because it is integrated into Gmail, but I dislike it for business emailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can follow up with a big amount of potential clients and avoid forgetting about them.
It is a great marketing tool that can fulfil IT data ETL between other systems and HubSpot

There are multiple reasons I really like HubSpot:
1. ease of use
2. Intuitive
3. Has the features I need
4. Even the free version is quite good. I use the professional version at one company I work for, but also use the free version for a side project of mine.
Even the free version is better than a lot of other paid CRMs I have used.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the full marketing product, which I don't use. I think the basic (free or $50/mo marketing service) is nice though.
Also, the "integrated" phone is not a product of theirs, but integrates using Twilio. This wasn't clear when I was signing up. Not a deal breaker, but it should have been more clear.

I have tech challenged sales people that I work with and they are learning HubSpot pretty well. Also, the Support is awesome. Available all the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, Less Annoying CRM, Pipedrive, Freshworks, and HubSpot is the best of all of them. The free version is better than most of the others!
