The auto-reminders to follow up and email tracking is great. Very easy to use. I have used other systems that are so complicated they are not used.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all the communication in one easily accessible place. The tasks and workflow features are incredibly helpful.

All the features are very helpful, but the layout can look a bit cluttered

We are giving our customers a consistent experience through multiple points of contact.

Hubspot is very customizable depending on how you want to use it so it makes it very helpful for almost any function
Scale Up Your Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
The automation capabilities and ability to customize HubSpot to fit your specific sales needs has been a true game-changer for us. It has saved each of our sales team members hours per day. Having an all-in-one platform that has both our marketing & sales hub in the same location is super helpful as well. Being able to track outgoing calls via cellphones and the app is loved by our entire sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a decent amount of time that will need to be spent on the implementation process and it does require training for employees to navigate. However, the HubSpot Academy has great courses and has been incredibly helpful in onboarding our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating efficiencies for all of our sales processes, tracking communication with customers, and giving the team a better understanding of where deals are in our sales pipeline. We are already getting more leads! We are able to better track sales performance, where our deals are, and better communicate with our customers and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a lot more cost-effective than salesforce and the user-friendliness and automation has allowed us to scale up our sales process. It is great for a mid-size business.
The Perfect CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
Everything about HubSpot is top-notch, from their design to their pricing plans to their customer support. For the year I've been using it, I haven't come across one aspect that hasn't made my job in sales easier. The marketing/email hub is crucial for outreach, and it's simple to keep track of contacts and calls. Hub Spot themselves also do a great job tracking the status of emails and connection so that people can opt-out if they need to or request more information and sign up for a specific distribution list.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could do a little better for team collaboration and maybe sending fewer emails about customer support, but that's a challenging complaint to have given how hard it is to reach anyone with most other CRM providers.

The best tool I have come across in my sales experience. I can add, track and close sales easily
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of this platform is that it keeps a record of every entry one captures in all stages of one's sale process. New information about a prospect, be it an individual or a company, is automatically linked to the relevant contact and is stored there for later referencing. With this software, one can track their sale progress and at which stage it is on. It allows you to do quotes, organize meetings, take notes during calls, and even set tasks you have for later dates. I love that about this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a salesperson, there is hardly anything I would see as the downside to this beautiful software. It just needs time to learn and get used to it to rip the fruits of your labor, and once you know, it requires no sweat at all. It's fun and makes things convenient if you deal with new customers on a daily. There's the Hubspot academy to get you started and comfortable with this software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is the organizing of all prospects I make my contact. Having to deal with many tasks for different opportunities at various sales processes, Hubspot Sale Hub makes all of that bearable to handle. It also makes the company avoid stepping on each other's toes as we are all on the same network; we know who the contact is assigned and where they are regarding closing the deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best tool to use for making contact with a prospect, tracking the sale process stages, and capturing information for all your contacts. You may set up tasks, meetings and do quotes for all your business requirements. If you deal with new clients daily, this is the best software to have a personalized experience for all of them.
Makes your customer acquisition process easier
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is highly user-friendly and easy to use. The automations allow you to save everyone's time and make everyone's work easier. Whenever you are stuck, you can find helpful content in the Hubspot academy and community forum. The documentation is excellent. We used to use SalesForce before and enjoyed the move to Hubspot a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are a bit basic, but they have been improving recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot for all of our sales and marketing activities. It allows us to acquire new customers most efficiently thanks to the use of sequences and templates. We also use it to monitor sales performance and deal pipeline reviews.

What do you dislike about the product?
There was a recent update which now means that I have to select the "pin function" from a drop-down menu to pin notes and e-mail etc to the top of the page. I have to do this a lot each day, and where, before the update, the pin icon was more visible, it now to find it required extra clicks that slows me down compared to before. Unsure the purpose of why this change was acutally made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The snippet function allows content to be quickly entered into the body of the e-mail quickly and easily once made. The link function is useful too, as it enables you to add a hyperlink that looks clean and tidy within the body of your e-mail too.

It makes my life easier to look up the old information I have stored for a specific account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit slow sometimes when I try to open an account, and sometimes the information is garbage or not related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account Management Information. It made me realize that having this tool makes information management easier on a specific device and easy to pull up.

A powerful tool that will help you store a specific account's information and is also easy and efficient to use.
Sales made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps you see the whole picture. You have a full view of all your sales and sales rep performances. I also like the fact that they have an app that integrates with your phone book for easy calls from your mobile phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The theme of the design should be customizable to suit the company. It's currently not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales manager, It helps me see how my team is doing and where the weak link is. Creating a good sales pipeline helps predict future sales which is about 80% accurate most of the time. I think that is awesome as it solves the sales projection problem and can help inform me if I need to expand my sales team or train them to close certain deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to take your sales by the horns then this is the app for you. You and your sales team will not regret it.
