Basic and Intuitive - a very easy to learn CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The layout and UI of HubSpot CRM is very basic and intuitive - meaning users are able to pick it up easily even if they're not tech-savvy.
Collaboration between other users is easy, and having a visual pipeline with sales leads makes progression easy to track.
The Deals Automation feature has also been immensely helpful as we've been using it primarily to make sure we're right on track and following up on certain deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a direct integration with other services such as Google Sheets/Docs would've been useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot CRM as our main source of sales leads and comms. We use HubSpot Forms for our clients to use which automatically creates a deal in our sales pipeline which has been awesome. The bcc tracking has also been very useful when checking progression with our clients during our sales process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an intuitive, collaborative and visually pleasing CRM, HubSpot CRM is the way to go.

What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, one of the best customer relationship management tools out there

Tends to bog down the system, slow to respons
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've switched from to a technical interface where the CRM came into play. The go-to option was HubSpot. Managing various aspects along the value chain is the challenge and the benefits that have been realized includes ease of use and the traceability given by system
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A business can try it out as it is one of the best alternatives available in the market. However, there are far better options if the organization size is small, which can be considered

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly, Easy to Train People, Multi Purpose
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be more robust in some areas but it seems to be growing constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My franchises are able to use it as a proper CRM tool. Great for building a strong prospect list.

Very Robust Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking not only emails opened, but links and attachments being opened helps with efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform is so robust, it can be bogged down and a little slow to load

Email tracking, deal tracking. Helps with efficiency as contacts who are shown to open emails are more likely to accept a follow up call or email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send emails, log calls notes, make notes, create deals, and use saved templates all in this platform to make my job efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we close an inbox item when we put in our actions or followup with the client, the email will show as open so we have to go back and close it again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problems we are solving--we can link contacts with companies so to have their history tracked.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send emails to multiple contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Business card scanner. Needs to be reformatted. Contacts scanned do not show up on pc version of hubspot.

Useful to those new to CRMs/sales

What do you like best about the product?
I used HubSpot for about a week before discovering sequences and that was pretty life-changing. The ability to create tasks for myself and others is very useful as well. Integration with my Gmail is sweet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does crash at times which can be quite frustrating, especially when I've taken notes on a prospect and they aren't saved. At times it'll take a while to load old emails/information about a prospect but I'm not sure if that's HubSpot's fault or my internet's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely lead capturing and automation. The ability to get more leads through forms created is super useful with automated emails and sequences too. It's less work for me in the end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's great for smaller teams, although this is the first time I've ever used a CRM before and it's a small company.

Wonderfully laid out, clear and logical.

Not a huge fan of the automatic creation of companies based on a contacts domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Created a streamlined sales process using different dashboards, clearly giving us visibility where we are on the sales cycle with each lead

Great CRM - for Great results!

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are an amazing tool to stay in front of customers/leads as well as increasing the amount of leads/deals in your sales funnel! The tool helps to keep track and qualify activities and outcomes of outreaches!
HubSpot tasks allow me to personalize follow-ups as per clients needs and help to organize my weekly work schedule!
Notes are of high importance to our organization and help to keep track of conversations with customers, but also to keep track of information/intel important for other team members - when working with multinational clients - the ability to "mention" team members in notes increases quality of customer relation and is helping to avoid double outreaches to new clients/leads!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good! However Activity dashboard seems to delay by one day, which makes activities hard to read at times!

More option for the Tasks menu would be great - there are not many way to filter and edit existing columns! Having more available columns to narrow down search would be very helpful to organize/prioritize tasks. For instance ability to filter by geographic region or client/company name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create a solid and large amount of leads to fill your sales funnel. HubSpot helps to track activities and results throughout the sales cycle and helps to keep your organization on track and informed. Each activity can be qualified, which also helps in training/coaching of new hires!
With the connection to team members you can track in real time what client/company has already been contacted to cross-reference and qualify new/existing leads and clients. Overall a great way to increase productivity of your weekly workflows! Activity tracking also allows to compare to other peers in your organization to optimize own workflows/tasks!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot online classes/certifications a re a great way to get familiar with the software as well as getting the most out of it for your work!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool in the Hub Spot CRM is the ability to create sequences to enroll contacts in to receive emails when I planed them out. A great feature that Hub Spot has, is the ability to create tasks in either the account level or for an individual contact within the company
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function at times does not recognize when a company/ or contact has been added, and will appear to create a new record when it already exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits of using Hub Spot is the creation of tasks so that I am able to have set reminders to check off. As well it conveniently syncs with my calendar and email to keep records and be an organization tool.A problem that HubSpot is solving is by the use of sequencing, I am able to reach out to specific accounts or contacts I have by presetting them in an email sequence that goes out when I plan.

I recommend utilizing the tools Hub Spot offers to keep track of tasks and sending out emails.
