Easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the homepage that will give me an overview of the calls and emails I've logged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I cannot categorize my tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep all my information all in one place. It is beneficial that I can link it to my computer mail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is great for a small team.

keeping all of my customers in line, making sure i know when to follow up with who, who has active deals

I wish we could use TEXT EXPANDER (Google chrome extension) to fill in emails. It does not work when sending emails through hubspot. Or perhaps setting up an internal text expander would work.

Intricate and useful CRM for any business
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to sift through company pages and navigate to each contact via those company pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you try to record a phone call via HubSpot, it doesn't always save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and knowing who I or colleagues have reached out to for work. This way we aren't talking to the same contacts about the same thing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a competitive and useful CRM then go with HubSpot. I've only used one other CRM before (SalesForce). Although SalesForce is awesome, I've heard that the price to implement it as a CRM is extremely expensive for organizations.
Newbie to HubSpot CRM - Former Lotus Contacts CRM user
What do you like best about the product?
- We can create templates and set follow up dates/reminders
- We can set up different pipelines for each of our users to work from and generate leads/followup.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Difficulty in exporting certain reports
- Inability to filter by comments in notes or logged calls/emails
- Inability to reset dates without having to go into sequences -- this one would be great to develop a holiday feature or even an auto reply feature if we are out of the office. This is quite time consuming to go through when it should be easy to select a setting/drop down menu of "Out of the office, date range" and then the sequences set to email or follow up get moved beyond that date range. THIS WOULD BE FANTASTIC!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Getting back to customers in time is key and this has been great for me at least.
- Is there a way to better connect to our admin program? Sometimes when I create a new customer (converted from lead to account), I would like to be able to pull information on the vehicle that the customer has, their availability, etc. I have to create certain metrics reports and this disconnect really challenges me (I'm not the best at Excel...). If there could be a way to automate more of the CRM with notifications like, "Hey, this owner listed a vehicle, but hasn't transacted in 30 days since having listed it, maybe you should give them a call".

Hubspot is very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is essentially self explanatory for the day-to-day uses of a CRM (contacts, tasks, deals, etc.) Also, they have seamless integrations for phone calls and e-mail tracking.They also offer training's for the more intricate and in-depth portions of their software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found any "negatives". As I said, it's extremely easy to use and very helpful in my day-to-day tasks. Sometimes the dashboards can get confusing, but again that is my own fault due to lack of education and training as I do not typically use the dashboard aspect of the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes life easier to have my over 5,000 (and growing) potential clients all in one area, easily searchable and updated by notes.

I can manage my very easy sorting them after the last contact date, creation date, I can book meetings, assign task.

Sometimes the clients cannot hear me well

Hubspot CRM is a really great and powerful marketing software. It is just simple and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
I do really like the automation and the flexibility of the software, letting you reach and develop awesome and helpful solutions for you business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that maybe there are few developments that might be super interesting but they have it developed only for some areas (all Workflows don`t have the same layout / options), limited companies lists options and companies relations with contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally use it to organize sales operations, using a lot the integrations and workflows to standardize our work/data and let the sales guys focus on whats important: to sell
Excellent UX/UI that makes it easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The UX/UI makes it easy for me to navigate around and easy to manage my tasks and find the information I need with out digging around. I also love the sequences feature. It makes it much much easier for us to prospect clients. I especially like how it unenrolls if you receive a reply in email. I would forget so many times if that wasn't the case. I also like the function of it being able to see if emails have been opened or clicked and also tells you how many times, same goes for page views and other valuable marketing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few further filtering options, for example, filtering by how many clicks/opens on an email (over 10 clicks, add to a lead score.. etc...). In my opinion, I also wish there was a way to unenroll from a sequence if I had spoken with them on the phone. I understand that is difficult but I feel like it could be a possible solution somewhere when the call is linked to aircall and "outbound answered call"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The prospecting is a big one that hubspot solves with using sequences. The automation is extremely helpful with keeping my day busy with tasks and taking care of time consuming emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easier to use than Salesforce and more intuitive. I have used both and much prefer Hubspot for the level of prospecting I am doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to send out outreach templated emails to lists of contacts, made quick and easy by the templates tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a multinational company, sometimes the same business can come up in multiple countries and clients are allocated to the wrong business development manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all my leads in one place which allows me to keep things under control easier than before, I definitely have more time to generate new leads thanks to the increased time I've gained from easier management of the existing leads
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say if you have a growing team of sales and/or marketing teams then it's definitely beneficial to switch to a CRM like Hubspot as it makes things very easy having a centralised marketing and sales tool that can help sales pipeline flow on target and easy to manage.
