I really enjoyed my work by using hubspot and I can easily update activities and save much time.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is it will save time in less time we can do more work.

Some times calls will get automatically disconnected.

We can easily handle the leads and it's a time saver process.
Hubspot Sales Hub is integral to any sales team that is looking to scale its lead pipeline.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Hubspot Sales Hub is their incredible development/backend team that is always working to create solutions in beta to solve problems that might arise to my sales team. Obviously, this software does have its limitations at times, but whenever I got to them to solve an issue, they had a solution ready. I got access to the beta versions of deal pipeline access restrictions and deal card editing, which allowed me to segregate my sales pipelines much more easily and create more transparency when viewing each deal. The support is the number #1 thing I like about Sales Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
As compared to Salesforce, the access to customization is limited so while the features that are currently available might be great, Hubspot should allow for more flexibility in its Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The first problem I solved is creating an integrated sales pipeline through its deal section. I use it's task feature to ensure that I am always on track on what to do with each lead I create a deal for. My sales have increase by 300% through this as I am not missing out on anything now. Secondly, I now have more visibility and automation at my hand, so I can create processes to manage things more efficiently and effectively in my pipeline.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are starting a new sales team and trying to create a way through which you can track your leads and grow your sales pipeline, then the deals section of Hubspot Sales Hub is your best and safest bet. Ask a team member to go through its courses because while it may seem simple, some parts of Hubspot do require a deeper understanding of how the platform works.
Once that's done, create deals for each response you get from a lead and always make sure that there is a task assigned to each one of them. On top of this, create stages in there to know where each lead is, what its current status is, and what the next steps are. But a word of advice here, this platform is only as good as the info you feed it so keep updating it with deal amounts, expected close dates, lead origination point, and other important data points to have complete transparency on your pipeline and actually make the use of the platform helpful to your cause.

As of now I didn't see any downside in hubspot except some of the sections doesn't allows copy-paste function.

Hubspot has it all
What do you like best about the product?
I really recommend the snippets and templates feature. As well as the report builder, it really helps me manage my team efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deals history does not have a button/timeline feature to sort the notes, emails and call logs per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far. All my problems and tech concerns are resolved within 72hrs and that shows how efficient their support team is.

It's a great CRM tool; it lets you call, email, and connect with your clients, track your leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sequencing features that are included. Another great feature is the configuarable nature of lists. I love the ability to look at different views of my prospects and learn from them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a way to go through contacts in sequential order without creating tasks. Another improvement I would make is a more intuative logging system. I wish that HubSpot's calling feature automatically logged incoming calls and allowed for a great deal more customization in the user facing side of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can automate a lot of tasks that would have been manual at my old job. I am no able to build in-depth sequences that give quality content while continually engaging prospects. This tool gives me the ability to quickly see my activity for a given work day and fully assess what needs to be done. I am also able to quickly see how I am doing relative to my peers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool that gives your business the ability to look at your current processes and see where improvement is required, then HubSpot sales hub is the tool for you. I highly recommend it.

Having all the team on the same page with our efforts. Scaling our efforts, using stuff like automatizations to reach more people with fewer resources.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most from Hubspot is that I can be more organized with my day while prospecting. The huge advantage of using Hubspot is that you're able to create the sequences to be strategic when prospecting companies. I like how I can also within the same sequence customize the information contained within the email allowing my message to be more personalized and potentially have a better response than just send the generic emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I hate about Hubspot is that I can work without a web-based browser. For example, I call from Hubspot using the browser, the reason why I prefer to do that because it allows me to record the call so then I can review the information that I have added. Nevertheless, this is not available using it on a phone. Because the app will redirect you to the tool that you use to make the call. I also have tried the computer view on a mobile browser and it does the same thing. That's one of the things that hotspot needs to improve to allow you to fully remote work because sometimes you're not in the office and the only thing that you have over your phone and that can create a burden when trying to work remotely. Another thing that I don't like is that sometimes my sequences have dates rather than a number of days in between a task has to be created. For example, if you have created a sequence and the calls will take place Monday Wednesday, and Friday if you don't complete for some reason the task on Wednesday you should expect that if you have one business day in between the next call will not take place the following day but if you complete the call of the day after the next car will still be on the same day that it was created at the beginning so this sometimes affects the way that you are approaching your customers because it does not let you be flexible with your time

Performance problems. I am more effective working when using Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me has to be the sequences where we can create and modify our own templates and send it to our leads all at once, which makes work so much easier and faster. HubSpot also with the meeting link feature that it provides makes it so much easier for the clients who wish to reach out to us and also with the different timings that are mentioned from where they can chose from acts as an added advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it bounces the mails that are sent out without prior intimation, which can be overlooked, as the majority of the emails are sent out in the correct format and to the correct person. HubSpot at times pops up a notification which might be something where the clients are receiving alert messages that could be conveyed in a mail form as it we would be able to view that faster and stop adding any more contacts for that time period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the free tools that are available to me I try to make the most use out of them in the best possible way. I can appreciate the team enough for making work so much easier. Also, HubSpot is my go to place to make any calls to the leads over any other app as it has the feature of notes which makes it so much more convenient to type whatever the person is saying on the other side at that very moment, as it might come in handy for future reference.

Just give it a shot and you will never want to go back!

I don't want to say I dislike, but the learning curve was a little challenging in the beginning.

Onboarding is very important to the successful use of this CRM. Take the time to do it correctly and spend the time learning.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot keeps track of all my activity, allows me to organize and automate tasks in a way that helps me work quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could assign multiple companies to one contact. That would be helpful in many cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between team members on specific contacts, deals, and companies is helpful. It reduces the amount of clicking between tabs to ask questions or relay information to other members of our organization. The tasks and sequences are a great way to improve productivity and save time.
