A Great CRM to manage your sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does it all, when it comes to sales customer relationship management system. I love how easy it makes my job by keeping track of all my sales notes, contacts, and sale pipelines. It automates alot of the work allowing me to allocate more time towards selling! What I love the most is this CRM has a mobile app, allowing you to log your notes & sales on the road.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Hubspot's CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot Sales, I have been able to manage my pest control sales. I can keep track of every email and phone call I have had with a prospect and pull up all my notes in one place. This CRM allows me to pick up right where I left off with clients. It has definitely automated alot of the work when it comes to sales, so i just have to focus on selling!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using a CRM to manage all your sale needs when it comes to selling. It will free up a lot of your time and allow you to focus on making money.

What do you like best about the product?
After ending email, the sent items can also be seen in my gmail sent items and I can set the next task with specific date and time for my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I just need to explore the CRM training videos more to be more adept.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see my team's forecast for the month and the year. I can now drill down to the specific accounts and see the actual status.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The mobile view is a bit more limited compared to PC. It would be great if view would be same, esp the reports or the dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot customer service is excellent, every time I have a problem, they respond quickly by any means that contact them. Thanks to the courses they offer, I have obtained many ideas to improve marketing and to get more out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page creation tool HubSpot offers are not very useful their designs and functions are not as easy and intuitive as other landing page creation platforms that I have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general, HubSpot is a great tool that we use every day to manage communication with customers and with our sales team. It is very easy to use and adapts to the needs of our team. We are very happy with its operation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very easy to use tool. Go with hubspot will make you improve all your marketing campaign in many aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the templates and tasks the most. As an admin fora sales team these features allow me to operate within the same tool as the rest of the sales team, and connects my work with theirs in a more relevant way. It also allows for more transparency,

I don't dislike much at all as it pertains to my work as an admin.

Solving organization problems for sales team admin work. I can stay organized while using the same tool as the sales team.

Offers lots of Functionality (Meeting Scheduler)

What do you like best about the product?
We use the meeting scheduler on HubSpot the most. It is simple to set up as it allows us to put in our teams availability in and generates a permalink to a beautiful UI for our clients to schedule meetings with us. These meetings are automatically added to our Google calendar which is our favorite feature! HubSpot has many other features that we have not implemented yet, but we are sure to do so in the future as we grow. The customer support is also incredible, the reply instantly and are more than happy to help with whatever questions we had when implementing the meeting scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much we dislike about the system, atleast the meeting scheduler part. It gets the job done efficiently and it has been a set it and forget it system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the meetings we have with our clients are scheduled through HubSpot. It makes it much more convenient as we used to manually schedule meetings over the phone/email before. Now, clients can select whatever date works for them, and all we have to do is send them a link!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely suggest you use HubSpot if you are looking to make your business workflows more efficient and organized. It has helped make my life much easier so I would definitely recommend it!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features I list most about hubspot CRM is the email sequence feature. This helps you keep leads or customers engaged with constant emails simply and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of features and capabilities are only available through upselling those product features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effectively and efficiently engaging with leads through hubspot. Tracking and keeping better data on deals and sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like the best is that everything is connected, and all of the information I need is on one page rather than having to go to multiple pages. This does make my daily tasks more efficient and gives me more time to work on quality while ensuring I interact with every contact. There is also the wonderful feature of reports, this is where I can customize the exact information I want to see and with one click I am able to see my most important data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I dislike is the notifications... I feel like anytime anything happens in Hubspot (even if it does not pertain to me) I am notified which can be a little overwhelming. This does, unfortunately, take a lot of time out of my day causing to sift through unwanted emails and CRM notifications. I am not too sure if there is a setting on this... Maybe in the Hubspot academy, they can add a settings tour...if they have not already I have yet to see one. I am not too sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sales Certification was very beneficial and provided an exceptional amount of information, my amount of questions were minimal. I did face an issue on how to link my email to Hubspot "chat" but I was able to and it makes the efficiency of the company greater. In regards to my company the problems I am solving which are the most beneficial is the efficiency to do all of my tasks as well as know which contacts have been spoken to and the next step of action again in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation to others is if you run a small business with less than 100 customers... HubSpot would not be worth the price. However, When working with an exceptional amount contacts the amount of efficiency and productivity Hubspot has created is wonderful. My time is worth the money paid to Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
it's an all in one robust platform that handles all your digital marketing needs. Additionally with the help of HubSpot academy to teach you how to use the platform, it makes it easy to understand and pick up. Hassle free set up!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the admin panel when adding new users. Taking the time to individually select option and allow a user to have access to certain tools and processes is very time consuming and meticulous. Needing separate access to read, view, and edit an email template seems unnecessary to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot CRM has helped with our email marking campaigns and our contact database. Having many students in the database makes it very messy, some have their legal first names, while others used their preferred names and our contact database gets very messy. With HubSpot CRM, being able to quickly find duplicates and add filters, we were able to do a easy clean up on our contacts and made a set of guidelines and procedures when adding new contacts to keep things organized. This gives us more time to actually do our job, instead of clean up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give their trial a try, you might find it's more useful than you think. It's much more robust and intricate than many other similar tools out there.
