Best way to manage your customers

Automatization possibilities and integration options. I like very much that it gives you a complete insight into the lead source.

When moving from starter to pro, you must commit to a full year. Some of my clients weren't comfortable with that.
In HubSpot sales starter, when the invitee books a meeting, he receives an email with a HUGE, HUGE HubSpot ad. For my taste, this is too much since starter is already paid option.

Complete overview of my contacts, possibility to make tasks, so I don't forget anything;

Overall, when everything is prepared well, adjusted, and personalized for the company needs, HubSpot saves time and doesn't let any contact to be forgotten.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and can cover a lot of ground individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have a lot of sequence activity it can be hard to keep track of tasks in a meaningful way. Not a deal-breaker by any means you just have to be conscious of this and strategic in how you develop sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been great to be able to reach so many more people than I could by myself. That said you need to be conscious of who you're reaching out to and make sure you aren't negatively impacting your sender score. It's also been really helpful to be able to easily attach documents to templates for follow up so tweaking the messaging individually is quick and providing additional materials is easy.

I enjoy the email sequences and the reminders

I dislike how the information doesn't get updated in real-time sometimes when there are glitches

consistency is a huge benefit because I can keep reaching out to warm leads

The most helpful part has been the Contacts tab and and the deal stages.

The downside is all the clicking to get to different spot and too much to complain about

I love how it can be integrated with our app, calendar, and note-taking. I also love the fact that we can track our seller's email is a fantastic feature.

Not much to dislike. Seems to be a solid experience so far.

Connecting our work calendars (the team is more efficient), Click-to-call, snippets are super helpful for note-taking.

I wish there were more date options for task reminder setting. Instead of just 1, 3, 5, 1 month, 3 months, etc. I think weekly ones would be helpful as well!

I like how easy it is to move customers from one process to the next, very easy to use.

It can be a bit CPU Intensive at times and can run a little slow.

I purchase people's old vehicles, and again the benefits are the ease of use.

This is my first use of using Hubspot, and I believe anyone that makes any sales can benefit from HubSpot. It keeps everything organized and is incredibly easy to use and navigate.

Reports, Hubspot gives the best reports for the lead generation team, sales team, and marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many products and Add-ons for an extra cost. For which we need to upgrade or subscribe paying extra amount.

We are able to track emails and record each and every call.
