Fully Functional CRM system
What do you like best about the product?
Organize and improve our customization within the CRM system to optimize our business/prospect leads. Also the ease of running reports on daily, weekly and monthly needs to ensure we are staying on track to hit goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many times, prospects that are no longer "hot leads" are still showing up in our to do tasks as well as duplicate accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the sales pipeline and tracking what prospects are engaging in (email opens/website pages).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Hubspot to others.
Equipped a Plethora of Great Tools: Right Out of the Box!
What do you like best about the product?
User Interface: Everything can be found easily behind the ‘cog’ (settings) button
In-Depth questions from clients can be solved relatively easily by exploring the different menu options
When setting up advanced features up for the first time, the auto setup features and copy code buttons are great and I often breeze through what I expected to be the hard parts.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Monthly Price scales up hugely based on number of contact records utilised
The Email Marketing templates, smart lists and analytics are great, but when you want to utilise them fully with a large database HubSpot really penalise you, often pricing the software well out of the market for small businesses
Clients only place their most engaged prospects or MOTF contacts as results need to be attained quicker for good ROI when working with the above situation
OR They end rip storing the contacts externally and importing back in once a month at mailshot time
2. HubSpot Website Pricing is very expensive compared to other more widely used CMS
3. Advanced HubSpot Developers that are capable are hard to come by over in the UK. The range of API keys available from HubSpot or HubSpot Marketplace are not vast enough and often cause problems when working with E-Commerce clients
4. HubSpot Reps Contacting Prospective Clients.
HubSpot is often specified by us during our discussions with interested clients, clients will check out HubSpot’s website then be tracked and engaged directly by HubSpot before I can register the lead, there are plenty of in-house rules from our Agency Support Contact such as ‘Collaboration Deal’ or ‘Joint-Demo’ or ‘Best Partner Wins’ which doesn’t sit well with me
5. Being a full blown Agency Partner is too restrictive, the Account Manager at one of my previous agencies questioned by advocacy to my the. CEO without me in the loop, fast forward a few years and this did not bode, in fact it was the main driver in my own decision not to take the plunge with my own agency
We are a Sales Partner and it works really well for us.
5. Commission Payments only once a quarter.
I can see the reasons behind this as HubSpot are a big company now with plenty of partners to track, however a Partner Only gateway to track commissions and revenues due will save time over emailing the support team

Sales Pipeline Tracking - We tracks all of our agency deals using HubSpot Sales Starter
Engagement - Sales Starter gives email tracking which is phenomenal, an added bonus is knowing when your invoices have been viewed :) We send out all of our larger retainer package quotes using HubSpot Documents; which if used correctly gives a good idea of what objections your prospect might have relative to which page they viewed for the longest
Live Chat - We have found clients paying large sums of money for live chat that doesn’t get used often ah’hem D***t , we move them onto HubSpot Marketing or Sales Free or Starter and increase the package if it’s utilised
Remote Consultancy - We have our clients grant our staff access to their HubSpot, we can then manage the clients remotely, including publishing content, social media, amending GDPR consents, consulting on analytics, email marketing etc
UX/Conversion - When contacts are created, CTA’s and Landing Pages all have unaired references, which can be analysed accordingly, I know which CTA Unique Reference gives the strongest and most engaged enquiries

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot CRM really helps me in a number of ways. It helps me to stay organized and understand what I need to do on any given day. I always have the ability to check my tasks for that day, or that week and that really helps to to accomplish a good amount. Beyond the accountability created by my use of tasks, I also like utilizing the dashboards to have a visual representation of what I've been doing.
As I'm working with my contacts and tracking my emails, I'm able to see when I last communicated with my contact and the important elements from our conversation that I need to remember for the future. I utilize the templates and meetings all the time to save my time and allow me to be as productive as possible.
